The collection of stuff and things.
Re: itscramtastic's collection of stuff and things
MP Mags looks dope and is high on the money doesn't matter list. I just keep blowing my budget on full CW teams. In my head I'm going focus more on MPs this year.
TR keeps looking better and better, so we'll see how well that goes.

Would you believe that's a better fitting soft goods accessory for Star Wars toys?carytheone wrote:Han looks like he is wearing his big brothers coat

That's the "black" line correct? The bigger ones?
They catch my eye everytime I stroll through the toy section.

They are The Black Series, but the 3.75" versions, not the 6". Similar to The Vintage Collection in that they are still super articulated. I've always had the 3.75" figures, I'm not jumping to a whole new scalecarytheone wrote:Yes, yes I would.Scramjet wrote:Would you believe that's a better fitting soft goods accessory for Star Wars toys?carytheone wrote:Han looks like he is wearing his big brothers coat

You forgot the CAD to Hylian conversion.

According to IGN the figure will be available in August for 4630 JPY.
Also there appears to be a DX version only available via Good Smile web store with extra goodies for 5556 JPY.
And the DX is supposed to have an international release as well. I'd be shocked if both aren't available via amiami, HLJ or the usual US importer suspects. Either way, that's one less TF. Actually make that two.

I may hit up my local GameStop this weekend to get the Wind Waker Nendoroid Link and possibly the Skyward Sword Figma Link. I need one.
So does my desk.
So does my home.
Oh wait, I have the amiibos at home.
So, then, at least my desk and myself.

Re: itscramtastic's collection of stuff and things
I don't **** around when it comes to Zelda.
That SS Figma Link looks badical. I'm extremely happy with my 4" WoN version. Super crazy posable, but my Link is a southpaw, so. I'm left conflicted.
I'm sure I've already preached the gospel that is nendoroid; their WW Link will not disappoint.

No I meant that in SS because of the wii waggle they made him right handed and so are the figures
That was unintentional cleverness, maybe one day...
To back up my not messing aroundness, enjoy some of my fav video game music tribute duo (which I'm sure you're already aware of)! Duane and Brando!

Boy fellas! I sure am tempted by this Link. He is just anime/not anime enough for my liking.
I know nothing about Figma. How big is he? These guys are super articulated, ya?
Was there ever a Figma that looked more like Ocarina Link? Either little or grown.
Also is the game this fig is from a Game Boy game?
Now who is enabling who?

Figma is super articulated, normally swapable parts like hands/heads and such - and of very nice quality
As far as a high quality OoT Link figure, I'm sure there's something, but I've never looked
He is from the most recent 3DS release: A Link Between Worlds - the sequal to the SNES LttP
I'd recommend a Figma figure any day of the week! I own the Samus Aran from the Other M game that came out on the wii.
Here's a pic I just took. Easily the best non TF figure I own or have ever handled.

Edit: I just did a quick search and I can't find a decent OoT Link. But, the Skyward Sword link is a pretty damn fine stand in. even if he's right handed

I'd say a good price to boot.
