Yup!! You just put in the request and they'll get back to you!! There's a LOT of stuff they don't have listed on their site. And I mean a LOT. I've sourced a BUNCH of parts and tech specs from them, not to mention all of my MP purchases since late 2015!

I just received a part from Matt at TFL today. An armor panel for my Optimal Optimus Primal.
They showed as out of stock, but I emailed them and they had one. Just didn't have it listed yet.

They are in the business to make money after all. If they bought trade-ins high then they would have to sell them even higher.

I've sourced a figure from them, bought a few listed and rummaged their bins in person. Prices and customer service super fair/great.

I dropped the old Cramalamadingdong name and I think I got a $5 discount. ;)^

I bought my Takara Tigatron off of TFL's eBay page early last year (didn't know about their site). $45 shipped in pristine condition with all the paperwork. I've been meaning to buy more from them but I haven't been in the position to backtrack.

I actually bought Gunrunner's big ass cannon on ebay and it is supposed to get here Saturday. Matt said he had the 2 pom poms for roadgrabber and was willing to go $6 per. I'm waiting on his response to my interest in those.
