the Go! one is the only one I don't have yet, but he looks good! I like the red. Kinda nice too to have a red, green, and purple version of that mold

Honestly, they killed the movie 1 cast. Optimus, Ironhide, and Jazz are fantastic! Ratchet is OK, and we need to see how the new Bee does, but they did really good with the Bots

I was trying to complete the oni group, but have since lost interest. They have some sweet paint jobs though.

TCracker looks great. Are those articulated hands? Which one of the model kits are your favorite so far? Flame Toys correct?

No, but he comes with 3 sets of hands for use.

I have 5 so far: Attack Prime, IDW Prime, Attack Starscream, Attack/Action Master Bee, and Attack Thundercracker. It's a tough pick so far, but i would have to say Bee so far. So much playability with him, and the aesthetic is wonderful with him. Starscream is the weakest, but all 5 are pretty good molds.

I have the IDW Megatron and SG Attack Prime in my TFsource stack, with Skywarp, Drift, and Devastator coming in the coming months. I'm really excited for Megs (he will be the one kit not going with the other Flame Toys guys) and Devastator, but with moving next February or March, I may not ship that stack until after I have moved and settled in some. Gonna be a wait sadly, but will make moving a bit easier.

I've been fence riding but have silly issues with non transforming Transformers. I spotted Drift today and may have to consider that one very seriously.

Also I read about Flame Toys transforming bomber Megatron. Looks really cool.

What makes Starscream weak and I'm guessing TC doesn't share the problem?

What do you mean spotted Drift? The $300 one was online only and the Furai kit isn't due out for another month or 2.

Bomber Megatron does not transform. None of their toys can legally transform. That Bomber Megs is like the Star Saber, highly posable action figure.

Starscream is the weak mold, but unlike thundercracker his colors are just boring. Thunder makes the mold a cracker, but Star is just screaming for some better colors to help him stand out

Drift the model kit, spotted as in I saw it at BBTS and it was when I became aware of it's existence.

Ah, I read Bombertron transformed, figures it was too good to be true. There's at least one 3P option out there, but honestly the official mold is really cool and good for me.

I spotted Bombertron at TF Direct miss listed, got to googling, ended up at TFW, probably misread that it transforms, learned it was Flame Toys, went to BBTS looking for a price, saw Drift, got the wants.

Saw your thread update, now we're current. Cool?

Yeah you cool. You do need to get a kit. Try it out, a taster if you will. Don't need more than 1, just need to try out a good one.

this guy is unique for my TFcon haul, and a haul in general. I saw this guy as the lone TF on a shelf in a biglots back home many years ago, saw it a few times but never got it, was too young, even if it was really cool.

So getting him was a bit of wish fulfillment, getting something I saw and thought was cool 10+ years ago but never got. and it was also cool cause if it weren't for me asking Transformersland about Energon combiner limbs, and then a guy next to me finally passing on him and throwing it in the box right in front of me, I would not have gotten it.

It's just one of those fun stories

I'm jealous if your Dreadwing. He's one of the few figures I'm missing for my Prime collection. He comes up often enough on TFL, but I just never pull the trigger.

He's one of the figures that was on my radar for a while but never tried to get, just couldn't pull the trigger for the price. Sometimes, the best hauls are the ones that have been long time hopefuls that show up when you're not thinking about them for a good price.

I forgets, did you pick up Classics Prime at TF Con? Can't say I was ever a fan of that mold. Wasn't impressed with it when I first got one and it seems really bad after Siege Prime. It seems I'm not really into many figures pre-2010, I really am a #philistine :oops:

I did yes! He was one of the figures I had really hoped to find.

The Siege Prime is really good, but I think I have more fun with the classics one. they are both very good and highly thought of by me, but Classics is a bit more fun.

This has been the year of the Primes for me. I think i have bought over a dozen Primes this year, with some big variety in what Primes I have gotten. Machine Wars Prime is one of those where it's a long term goal to eventually find one

Love how posable the Infernowl configuration is. The way i have it figured out in my head, when Inferno is on top, it is "Infernowl" and that is the bot with some agility and heavy artillery. When Prowl is on top, "Prowlferno" is built for endurance and strength.

I've had kind of an eventful weekend.

First off, the lovely soon-to-be Mrs. Max was finally home, so it has been a wonderful weekend of enjoying ourselves together again. This will also come into play in another minute as well.

Friday, when she arrived, I received my Toyhax stickers for G1 Flywheels, Doublecross, and Jazz, and wow they have done a great job sprucing those figures up. I ended up working on those after we put together our guest list and addresses for save the dates last night.

Also got Kabaya Streetwise and First Aid from our Podcast friend Rotorstorm AKA Claire thanks to her Japan trip! I finally could form the Kabaya Defensor, Gaia Guardian, and God Guardian! I put them together tonight while we were watching some Gabriel Iglesias together.

And while we were out looking at some stores and picking out a quarter zip for our engagement photos next weekend, I found a Bee movie Blitzwing at TJMaxx and then she found a Vader sweater at Target! Vader is gonna rule the holidays. And I frikkin love the crazy animated Blitzwing 2nd head!

Finally, enjoy the best Optimus Prime I now own, from my desk on Friday. He he is not, is a afraid of a ghost!

That is Cybertron Crosswise, who in the show was basically a ghostbuster. He was technically a "monster hunter" but the concept and even the trapping was the same, and he had goggles. it was influenced by ScottyP.

Last week saw the rise of my energon combiner dude, who even has a backstory:

when their Universe began to fall to darkness, the Maximus teams stood up to destruction, but ultimately fell in combat. Only 5 members of the 15 survived, tossed from their universe. Despite coming from 2 separate factions and 3 separate teams, the 5 found a way to come together and reform a combiner team. In this new form, they came together as one, and took the fight back to their universe to save it from the darkness that threatened to consume it.

In this form, Barricade, Stormcloud, Kickback, Terradive, and Dustup, known as the "Survivors", come together to form Energon Maximus, or EnerMax as he is better known as. EnerMax is stronger and more stable than the 3 combiners they originally formed, forming an unbreakable bond that transcends their prior allegiances. While they still retain their prior allegiance symbols, they do so to show that all can truly be one and the warring factions can transcend their differences.

United They Stand, Together They Rise.
