So I just spent a week without internet, just to see if I could do it. I found that I had a lot more free time, and it allowed me to do all kinds of manly stuff, such as yard work, vehicle maintenance and a high amount of adult encounters. I guess I forgot that the internet is a tool to be used to make life easier, not something to control my life.

I did that once. There's this little town up north of here where my extended family owns a house, right on Lake Michigan. We have a family reunion there ever year and one year I decided to just spend the week unplugged. Sat on a rocking chair on the porch and just relaxed. It was amazing.

I haven't had my main computer at home all week, didn't really have it last week. Haven't missed it too much (there is some stuff I needed to work on but eh) as I can do most of my downloading at work.
Plus, the forums seem to be running okay. I wasn't around as much, RP wasn't around at all, place seemed to handle itself okay.

I hate politics. It's to the point where I hardly watch the news anymore. I get so fed up with all the drama. I wish that it could be baseball season again, its much more relaxing to watch and I can make an excuse to change the channel.
