I hope they dont give Prime the axe like they did Animated and never finish it. You never know what these people are thinking or doing from one day to the next.

That is the scary thing about the wait process things can go from ok to flat out cancelation in a heart beat due to money issues.

I dont mean to sound negative on things but they have canceled things on a whim regardless of how good thier rantings were.

Animated had high ratings yet due to issues it got the axe. I hope Prime dosent suffer that same fate.

It just leaves me worried when no info and extremly quite for sometime gets you to think it may have been canceled.

Season 3 was already confirmed back when Prime first came out, so you telling people here is not news at all, it's just repeating what was said at the shows announcement you should maybe read the news we post, that way you might actually be up to date on TF news, especially if you intend to "break news".

I think the "news" about season 3 he was trying to get at was the supposed "Fall/Winter" launch date, which, correct me if I'm wrong, hasn't been confirmed.

Anyway, it ain't getting canceled if it's gonna run for several more seasons. Animated got canceled due to several factors that TF: Prime doesn't have to worry about.

Here is a list of future things that we have confirmed:

-Prime will come back on the air for nine more episodes. We do not know when.
-There will, at some point, be a third season. We also do not know when.

......And that's it. i also visit 'various sites' and i have not seen head nor tail of these release dates. So, Sabrblade, you are correct in that the only new thing wasn't really new in the first place. I think he just took someone's speculation and thought it was the truth. All we can do is speculate, which is fine, but people see something that they like and forget that it's just speculation and start spouting it as the truth.

I'm sure that once we know anything about the continuance of Prime, it will be frontpaged on every TF forum in existence in a heartbeat

I read it on a site and they said season 3 has been confirmed but like you people say unknown when they guessed at a possible Fall/Winter start point for season 3.

Right now Season 2 is currently or will be on episode 16 as Tox-En was episode 15 with each season of Prime being around 26 episodes each with the ending of a season likely being a multiple part story arc.

Usually the following season starts up on a multiple part also.

Also Primes shedule is reminding of how Animated Season 2 did they showed a bunch of episodes all at once then finished the season late in the summer.

Season 3 then started early fall/winter then returned the following year and resumed the rest.

Seems like Prime is following Animated showing a bunch, then a short break, then repeats for a while. Then boom finishes the season in late summer. Then Season 3 will begin in early fall/winter showing very few episodes then another break and returns in 2013 Early quarter and begings the process again.

My guess S2 remainders Late Summer, Season 3 few episodes in early fall/winter then a short break and back in full force in 2013

Good Lord could you imagine how large Trypticon would be if Nemesis was him and you look at the size of the Nemesis it isnt no smally kitty kat so you could imagine how big he would be.

Probably about the size of one of the Unicron Colossi from the Season 1 Finalie.

If you played War for Cybertron, you wouldn't be speculating on his size...

The Trypticon encounter is my favorite part of the game.

When I say "Unicron Colossi", i'm refering to these ones

I have War for Cybertron on my PS3 and his size was big but Trypticon was 10x bigger in G1 in my opinion at least. But to me Transformers Armada the original version of Tidal Wave when he debuted nothing compares to that.

Tidal Wave was bigger than Trypticon and almost as big as Prime's Unicron when he formed out of Rock & Earth. But you cant really put a size on Unicron he can become any size, shape or form.

Trypticon was big in WFC but like I said Armdadas Tidal Wave is bigger.

No. Just no. Sizes in G1 were painfully inconsistent, but there's no way G1 Trypticon was 10 times as large as his WfC counterpart, he would end up being much closer to Unicron's size at that point.

And Armada was even more inconsistent. So very much.

We dont know what Trypticon will look like if he is indeed Nemesis we dont know how big he will really be or what his Robotic Root Mode will look like. It is to early to speculate as Trypticon/Nemesis theory is like I said a theory speculation rumors & made up fan fiction.

This talks reminds me of the IT Theory of Mass Effect 3. making up things but the final product of the IT Theory will not be anything like we have talked about on the forums.

While I would love to see Trypticon in Prime I dont see it happening if they do this move I dont expect Tryp to be in it alot that would be whole lot of CGI work for a big monster like Trypticon.

Also like I said if he is in Prime he wont be like past versions or comic versions of him.

The reason they probably did off Unicron cause it would had been alot of money in CGI to produce a big guy like Unicron.

They had similar issues with Devestator in ROTF trying to make him was a big time project.

It's not a theory. Trypticon transforms into the Nemesis at the end of Exodus, and they continue to use him as a ship after he loses his sentience at the beginning of Exiles. Which you would have known if you had read the TFwiki article I posted.

It's kind of ironic, you'll try to pass what some guy on some obscure nameless forum said as news, but something that actually happened in official fiction is just speculation to you.

I havnt seen any news articles about it but has anyone read any confirmed cast additions besides shockwave?

To put it nicely, he's a lightning rod. All of his posts are so incredibly wrong that someone has to be correct him. Then he strikes again and the process repeats until he goes away.

Why bother making a new character model when they could replace him with Wheeljack?

Nothing else has been confirmed as of yet so far as I know.

Though Shockwave brings with him the possibility for the Dinobots to appear at some point. Probably won't happen but I can dream.

Also things in Prime are diffrent than comics or in the Exodus deal even though they are somewhat related or in the same timeline dosent necessarily mean it will happen that way in Transformers Prime such as the Trypticon/Nemesis deal.

Or Shockwave showing up in Prime I would love Trypticon to be Nemesis this would be a new Twist and a new way & Look for Trypticon.

Also Shockwave as Shockwave is one of my oldschool favs I loved his toys when I was a kid but my all time favorite figure is and always will be SixShot.

I would like to see SixShot, Buzzsaw, Twincast, Mirage and other classics like those to be in Prime instead of characters such as Iron Hide even though I like Ironhide it would still be better if others would show such as Cosmos maybe even Astrotrain could show in Prime with a new look diffrent from Generation 1.

In case you haven't noticed, YOU are the only one who has ever brought up the idea of the Nemesis turning back in into Trypticon in the show. All we ever said was that the Nemesis used to be Trypticon. We never said that the Nemesis would change back into him.

Besides, Exiles confirmed that the Nemesis is permanently stuck as a ship, with all of Trypticon's functions having been forced into stasis for good.

And, what comics? Aside from only a tiny amount of random issues, there are no comics for any of this.

Like with Animated Season 3 that is when all the new characters showed and the end of Season 2 fighting Omega Supreme such as the Starscream Clones aka Slipstream.

If Prime follows suit then maybe new characters such as Shockwave will be in the end of S2 or the beginning of S3 such as Animated S3 showed us HotShot, Strikka and others at the beginnning of S3 maybe Prime will pull a similar move and introduce us to the Dinobots & Shockwave together in a big battle.

Nothing else has been confirmed as of yet so far as I know.

The only thing that causes me to pause about Bulkhead dying is how sparingly they bring in new Autobots. It almost seems like theyre unwilling to use Wheeljack sometimes, and when they do it's just to mix up the cast a little bit, because he is the only new Autobot we've gotten throughout the whole show. If Bulk dies, i'd be good with either wheeljack or ironhide, but the way i feel about him dying will only come to fruition after we see the lasting effects of it

Remember ROTF and the movies had toys and also characters in the video games based off the films but they never showed in the film but they did in the videogames.

While Ironhide has his toy Prime version of him dosent necessarily mean he will be in Prime.

Also there is a new Prime game coming he could be in it though.

The game fits in with the second season of the cartoon. It wouldn't make sense for Ironhide to be in there if he's not already in the cartoon.

You forget sometimes in Games such as movie based they have secret characters you can unlock through achievements or serect punch comnnands such as G1 Starscream or Gold Optimus.

Ironhide could be a secret hidden character. Even my WWE games have hidden characters you have to unlock or DLC.

Like I said Ironhide is more specultation but he would be cool to replace Bulkhead but I would rather have Trailblazer myself.
