I love how Chainclaw A) he blends into the Beast guys and B) has that awesome facemask! Pretenders in general, but especially the beast and vehicle pretenders need some proper fictional love!

I wanted more Prime Masters, but also an MP Bludgeon -- I think neither is happening.

Master Piece pretenders would be expensive, even with a scout class figure inside to allow poseable head limbs for the shell

With the current trend of the MP line, I think expensive is almost irrelevant anymore. No MP is really gonna be cheap again.

More scalper proof? Possibly. More KOs and cheaper 3Ps? Mos def. Although no one has stepped up to the Pretender plate.

Bludgeon has a official way of getting a katana. It took him 29 years to get a true homage to a pretender. (with pilot inside. Not weird tank homages like Revenge of the Fallen from 2000)

Slipstream is the answer.

Closest we can have to a MP Bludgeon is the 3P figure Suzano. But he's just a fanciest ROTF Voyager Bludgeon.

I sincerly want a genuine MP Pretender. No matter who, just to see how they would pull it off.

I would love an MP Pretender to have Marvel Legends level articulation for the shell and possibly a Generations Scout class level figure inside. I can see this being sold for $100 or something like that

I got totally lucky with God Ginrai, Zero! He is awesome, and I got him cheap because he needed some TLC.

And I would totally go for that, Nathaniel Prime!

I don't know how many (aside from D-Max) knew that I moved a few months ago which meant everything was packed up.

Unpacking has been ridiculously slow. Work, tiredness, depression, mould and who knows how many other issues meant I haven't been getting into my TF room and unpacking.

But I've been doing that a bit this week!

Today, I committed myself to sorting out the Pretenders.

Now I'm sure D-Max is going to look at that shelf and say "that wasn't like that earlier in the week!" and he'd be right. I changed up the height of a shelf in another cabinet (the main G1 cabinet) and moved all the 1986+ figures to it which freed up this shelf.

I picked up two clear dishes from the kitchen area of K-Mart, I think they're intended for food, but flip them over and they make great clear stands.

Anyhoo, all that's left of G1 is the Action Masters and the Micro Masters ... they're going to be a pain.

Lovely display set-up there Burn. You're making me jealous.

Wow, great display Burn! I definitely have to get sorted and do the same.

I said it once, and I will say it again: I envy that shelf.

Pretenders are on the list of priorities for TFcon this year. I need to at least find another one

All hope of more Baby Pretenders were dashed with end of the Prime Wars (thanks to the SIEGE line) — but we will always have G1.

A Masterpiece would be cool, Takara Tomy.
