Being a TW fanboy, I disagree. TW should be a solid leader, meaning a beefy and meaty voyager with lots of stuff. Commander should only be for GIANT characters like Skylinx, Star Saber, and Deathsaurus.
But if TW was a "giant" in the comics, then a Commander class would be appropriate.

He was definitely a giant in early IDW, most notably in the Stormbringer mini series

In that case, Commander all the way. And have the inner bot be deluxe sized.

Okay, jumping in late but... although I do like how Skullgrin and Bludgeon were done-robot mode looks like the Pretender shell and they transform into the inner robt's vehicle mode-I wouldn't mind fully-updated Pretenders, with a robot and shell.

Those PrineMasters were just cockteases.

We can now remake ALL Pretenders as at least Leader class figures. Kinda like the Evolution leaders of PotP. All classic Pretenders would then become Mega-Pretenders by default.

Sure, a line can't have 30 leaders but I would really like to have at least Skullgrin, Submarauder, and Bomburst as leaders mega Pretenders. Bludgeon too.

The "human" Pretenders could be voyagers as standard Pretenders. An articulated shell containing a deluxe inner bot.

I would really love to see a whole line of Pretenders.

While it's not the original gimmick, I really did like those 2, wouldn't mind seeing more of those happen, but would prefer modern updates

I have never had the luck of seeing complete Pretenders in the wild, Kanra, if any — I had to go eBay for 99% of mine, but I am set as well. I am rearranging the shelves, and Iggy was the deskbot of the day.

You know it, Zelda — it’s addictive once you start messing with filters....and it’s the quickest way to make our Pretenders look more dynamic

I was damn lucky to have found that geek store fore sure. And how I discovered it was because a random guy whom I made trades on the street via classified contacted me once he had founded his store!

So when you buy or trade with someone, it can open unexpected doors!

You may have dodged a bullet there one of Monster Pretenders Bristleback is very suspectible and he is just as bad as G2 Slingshot and Electro. Bristleback's limbs are all gold. He is needed for a arm for Monstructor.

I didn't know Monstructor had GPS at the time so indeed, bullet dodged. I regret missing out on some monster Pretenders though.

Monstructor hunting is a noble quest!! So many parts to seek....
