Burn wrote:Wow, two of the most entertaining guys on Raw as of late and they release them.
And they had potential to be a great tag team. Oh wait ... tag team. Say no more, WWE seems to have no interest in that division any more.

So ... Adam Copeland shags Matt Hardy's girlfriend in real life, they get into a lovely verbal sling war (did they eventually come to blows?) and Vince turns it into an angle on tv.
Cryme Tyme and their tv opponents get into a full blown punch up and they're released?
Seems like it would have made a better angle.

yea. i dont care how great you are, mid 60's should be a retiring point in wrestling.
i would have loved to see title reign 17 though...

I think 16 championship wins is enough, personally. But I agree, Ric Flair should've retired a while ago. It's amazing he's still fit enough at his age to this, but it's also sort of sad to see a guy of that age in his robes and trunks wrestling. I wasn't a big fan of Flair either, but that's besides the point.
As for TNA, if they feel the need for Flair so they can have more "established names", what confidence does that show guys like Sting, Christian Cage, Kurt Angle and the other castaways? Aren't they enough for them?

Sting and Christian aren't exactly cast aways....

Ok, guys who went from big wrestling promotions to a small uprising company who were all too happy to snap them up.
