but maybe its for the best
yea. i dont care how great you are, mid 60's should be a retiring point in wrestling.
i would have loved to see title reign 17 though...
I think 16 championship wins is enough, personally. But I agree, Ric Flair should've retired a while ago. It's amazing he's still fit enough at his age to this, but it's also sort of sad to see a guy of that age in his robes and trunks wrestling. I wasn't a big fan of Flair either, but that's besides the point.
As for TNA, if they feel the need for Flair so they can have more "established names", what confidence does that show guys like Sting, Christian Cage, Kurt Angle and the other castaways? Aren't they enough for them?
Sting and Christian aren't exactly cast aways....
Ok, guys who went from big wrestling promotions to a small uprising company who were all too happy to snap them up.
Christian went from the WWE to TNA because he doesn't want to travel anymore.
and Sting hates Vince McMahon.
Both have good reasons to be there
Yeah, they do, but it just reminds me too much of WCW when they started acquiring Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Jim Duggan etc. back in the mid 1990s.

That was a quick stint in TNA. He should start looking into a new career.

I concur, it's funny, but it's ****ing pathetic. Seriously, AJ's a guy with all the skill and in-ring ability to carry him to the top, and here, the creator of the Judy Bagwell on a Forklift match has him acting like a stereotypical hick, just because AJ grew up in a Trailer Park.

But at least Lethal is the X Champ

Yo, I'd rather have Pacman as a tag champ than Kurt "Resthold City" Angle as a champ anyday.

They are still doing the Judas Messiah story line.
I was getting bummed there for a minute.
Things may be looking up for TNA in my eyes.
They get a two hour time slot.
aka more time to spread around exposure.
aka more time for the X Division

From what I've read the 2nd hour may focus of womens wrestling.
