Anyone else ecstatic about this? Any hockey fans here? Is this thing on?

I was really pulling for Buffalo but have always liked the Senators. I can't stand the Red Wings or the Ducks, so let's go Sens!!

I hope Anaheim makes it myself. Not that I care too much for them, but a friend of mine is a Red Wings/Sens fan, and if the Wings are knocked out, he's got no choice but to root for the Sens.

Congrats to you, but I'm having a very hard time rooting for the Sens, as they wiped the floor with my Pens. I didn't think they were as good as they were until the playoffs, but then they just started beating the crap out of teams. Buffalo didn't even have a chance.

I hope the referees do their job for once and call the constant interference, hooking, and slashing the Ducks do in their trap. I don't even want to watch anymore it's so freaking dull. I quit watching Wednesday while the game was still tied and turned it to POKER I was so bored out of my mind.

I'm a fan of hockey, and all its ups and downs. Mostly the downs, these last two years. Though I have done really well in the playoff pools since the Leafs last made the playoffs. But no worries, brighter skies ahead.

Looks like all you Sens-haters are gonna get your wish. Boo! Hiss! Things are looking very bleak, especially since Ottawa can't seem to hold onto a lead not once, but twice in four games. They were killing in the first period tonight! Do they even realize it's the playoffs?

I'm speaking out of frustration right now. I shouldn't be too harsh. They've taken it farther than ever before (for the modern-era Sens). I dare not watch game 5.

My poor boys... I've been an avid Sens fans since they came back to the NHL, and every year it seems to be the same heartbreak, this year is no different.

Horrible Stanley Cup Finals and horrible playoffs as a whole. Either every referee in the league should be fired, or the NHL needs to actually try and have some consistency in the refereeing. Inconsistent and pitiful the entire playoffs. I stopped watching the finals after game 2 because I was so sick of the refereeing. Ottawa could have come back and I still wouldn't have watched.

Bettman and his cronies are killing the NHL and they don't care.

Yeah, I can't believe how Ottawa just rolled over and died. They won the obligatory game to keep from getting swept and drum up 'interest' in the series, but other than that I was disappointed by this years' finals. The last few years worth of finals actually.

No kidding. Game 5 was painful.
