So, I finally got to go see Rogue One.
It was awesome, so very awesome. Sure, it had its flaws, but the last hour or so more than made up for them. Spoilers are about to come, get over it.
While I totally understand why everyone had to die (makes their absence in the original trilogy so much easier to explain), it really sucked watching them all get taken out. That Vader scene though, oh man, I've wanted to see a scene like that for several decades. Finally, Darth Vader is a badass on screen. Great movie.
