Anyways I found a Saesee Tiin Transformer at Walmart

I was in the shoe dept and I turned around and happened to see it on an endcap

I guess some kid picked it up wanted it and the parent said no and they left it there

*Sigh* I hate to do this but I have no choice. I'm selling off my Lego AT-AT and Star Destroyer. Both are the $100 versions and I'd like to get $80-$90 for each of them. Though at this point I'm flexible. PM me or put a message here if you're interested. Right now CUY*VUL DAR has dibs on the AT-AT and then Homer after him. If both decide they don't want it at this time it'll go to the next person.

Outside of Star Wars I'm also selling the recently released Batmobile. It's the ultimate version that was $80 when new. I'd like to get $60 for it.

I don't believe I have the instructions for any of these but I'm sure you can find them online somewhere. I'll ship them however you want (finished or disassembled). I have to say this is a sad day for me when I can't even keep Lego's because of **** bills.

I also ordered two of the CIV Lukes... used that promo code for the umpteenth time. Several hours later, the blank figure stands went up, so I ordered two sets of those along with an extra Yavin Luke for custom fodder.

I picked up my first HTS order today, which included Yavin Luke and X-Wing pilot Biggs. Both great figures... I just wonder if Biggs is going to fit in the X-Wing cockpit. I seem to remember pulling out all my X-Wing pilots and testing them in the first TRU Saga Dagobah X-Wing a few years back... only the skinny POTJ Luke fit properly if I'm not mistaken

All the new stuff coming out is going to kill my bank account. That Y-Wing is awesome... so nice of Hasbro to include the Astromech as a separate figure!

I have had him for about a week, and just opened him last night - pick him up, you won't be disappointed. The visor is his face mask from his clone trooper armor which was a nice surprise.



Things Homer will be buying this year, even though he may not be able to afford them:

Every figure from waves 4, 5, 6, & 7, especially the General McQuarrie, pre-cyborg Grevious, and tattoo'd clone wars Anakin.

Things Homer is most disappointed with:

AtAt transformer - terrible bot mode.

The ARC 170 battle pack. If there would have been some V-Wing type pilots instead of the repainted grey ROTS pilots I would have picked up a few of these.


What a great year for Star Wars figs, though. Hasbro has done an exceptional job in 2007.

How much? I saw them going for insane prices, more than the droids sets on ebay.

I ordered two of the droid sets from toyrocket.com, who apparently have bought up the remaining stock from Hasbro.

Don't look at me... go now and order!

I'm so glad that us non-attenders got a chance, brief as it might be, to get these convention exclusives. Now to hold out for SDCC and hope to get those exclusives from HTS, SWS, or some benevolent place like toyrocket. (I say benevolent because they could have easily charged out the nose for those figures. $20 for two droid figures isn't bad at all!)

I had read somewhere that the promo code was a mistake, not to be used on exclusives. It also said that anyone who used the code would get an email offering them the figure at regular price?

Stopped by Target today after work to see if any new shyte had been stocked - no.

I did however score some more marked down Order 66 figs, this time marked down to $2.49 per pack!

Bought the last 2 501st Airborne troops, 2 more Galactic Marines, and 2 more AtRt Utapau troops, all for $15. May have to go back Saturday to snag some more provided they are still there.

Surprisingly, ALL of the Yoda/Kashyyk troops were all gone.
