While the TFwiki states that the team leaders can indeed interact with Metroplex (in his city mode) I can't seem to find any examples of it online...
Perhaps this requires a new thread?

You can't. Scattershot, Hun-Grrr (and Snaptrap for that matter) don't connect to either Metroplex or Trypticon, as that was not their intention.
Onslaught, Motormaster, Silverbolt and Hot Spot all have third modes that connect to Metroplex: Hot Spot and Motormaster to the sides, and Silverbolt and Onslaught to the front of Metroplex' feet in city mode. The entire combo would have been called "Scramble City", after the planned Diaclone line they were part of.

Well I just found that out now too XD
I also didn't find out till recently that you could put Thunderclash under Skywarp's nose... looks slick.
I just found out the Armada Cyclonus thing this past weekend! Aw, look, the three of us are like a frat now.
And Blurrz, the minicon thing works for all the Armada Seekers, just FYI, but it doesn't look as cool with the Swindle/"Zapmaster" race car ones, except that it gives Starscream/Thundercracker a front landing gear.

Wow!
Man, I'm learning a lot in this thread...
Toy reviews on YouTube? Don't mind if I do!
I build model kits on Twitch, too!

Oooh, spiffy. I wish it rotated a bit, because then it could be stored at a jaunty slant.

It took me a good few months to realise that Classics Rodimus' rear wheels (the ones that end up on his legs in bot mode) actually slide to allow the shin panels to sit flush against his legs.

And while I did notice Drifts sword clip swiveled, I didn't know it could be pulled out. Weird.

Actually, not even the designer knows. It was discussed at a Botcon around the time of its release. Archer was surprised as anyone.

That said, I do have a few things I'm not sure most people know of.
1) ROTF Mindwipe's um... biceps(?) that rotate for the transformation are actually meant to lock in place in a way that restricts movement of the tail fins on his back. Plus it fills in a bit of the empty space in his chest.
2) Kinda unofficial but the ports that are meant for the liger combinations on both Cyberton Prime and Megatron can also mount armada Tidal Wave's arms.
3) Not entirely sure on this since I only tested it on Hubcap, but the bits that can mount 3mm clip devices also work with Lego clips.

It's FunPub. It's their specialty.

Personally, I think he looks much better with Skystalker burrowed through his chest.
