Is that the Dollar store release? I'm asking because that version uses the GDO version (GDO Motorbreath) with the retooled hands.

I'm not sure JelZe...... I can honestly tell you I bought him in Florida about 2 years ago, but I can't remember what the store was called. I am very sure though it is the exact same mold, however not sure of the hand mold.

A sure way to tell is looking behind the head. If it has a peg hole, it's the GDO mold.

IIRC, the One Step Changer and Power Attacker figures are meant to ride the big one-step "Stomp and Chomp" Grimlock figure coming out in the fall, and that it'll be able to tell whether the figure riding him is Autobot or Decepticon and make different noises accordingly. If I had to guess, the toe tags are his way of telling friend from foe.
I have a Power Attacker Swoop, but no other simplified figures, so I'm not ready to do much speculating at this point... But are all the pins in the robot mode's right foot?
