Since we're on the 69th page of the thread & I'm too lazy to read through the previous 68, here's my contribution (sorry if it's been posted):

I didn't know G1 Soundwave could stow his shoulder cannon & hand gun in the compartment in his back until fairly recently. All this time (since mid-'80s), I had no clue.

I don't think it's been mentioned (perhaps every one else on Earth already knew? ). Soundwave is one well design figure!

BTW, to make him hold his guns, insert the thumb into the square hole in the gun.

How? Either the thumb joint gets in the way or the forearm does.

How? Either the thumb joint gets in the way or the forearm does.

I'll take pics when I can, but as of right now, he's not on me. Basically, the yellow tab on Midnight express gun had a square hole in it. you put his thumb through there. I don't have railspike's gun, YET, so I don't know how the combined form gun works in that degree. I also don't have rapidrun's gun. Help people! PLEASE!

on armada cyclonus, or at least on mine, it is possible to yank the rotor blade off, leaving I belive just a pinning peg, and then the rotor blade can attatch oto any minicon port.

pics? I don't wanna break mine... he's to precious to me, and I don't want to lose him again...

BTW, Did you guys know that Energon Scorpinok was supposed to have a fourth mode? Hence the thigh guns and The real reason those tank tracks were there? In the end, the scrapped it for cost's sake, and Engineered it into a construction type thing instead...

Since they each have a tab on their sides to fit in Soundwave's hands/shoulder, I never figured them for batteries.

^There's a slot in the battery compartment for the tabs/pegs so the batteries will fit completely.

you can make a Guiltaur with WFC Prime

Place Animated Swindle's arm cannon or other big gun, into Prime's left arm hole

fit DOTM Laserbeak's guns into the holes on his back kibble

put the Energon Omnicon Strongarm mold axe into his hand and then fold the hand down, so that it looks kinda like G1 Prime's enrgy axe

and maybe if you're picky, put a different head on

Sounds interesting, but having trouble imagining it. Got any pics?

If there were an easy way to swap in some Megatron-esque legs, I'd say it's as close to perfect as we'd realistically get. Nice catch of imagination!

Anywho, I had forgotten that there was a Space Bridge on the Ark, so I didn't notice it until a few days ago (maybe a day after I recieved it). I didn't know that the turret could rotate and I didn't know there were so many Mech Tech ports. Darn you, memory!!!

don't know why Im barely just now noticing this, but COMMETOR From the Two pack's bumpers DON'T Fall off! On the last two versions of this mold, however, it was kinda hard to NOT Pop them off, so, It's ANOTHER Plus fo that set!

Now that I actually know who Guiltor is, that's pretty cool!

I know, He is an awesome concept and a interesting character, I always thought if they for soem reason made a character (or something like him) of him in TV show, they could totally do a kind of conflicting personalaties going between Meg's and Optimus' personalaties. aaaaany way, it took me awhile to realize that the pick axe from skull grin and straxus can be stored on their backs. but it has a hard time staying there.

Looking through parts of my collection to sell i came across Skyquake (G2 scopemaster, decepticon leader, also known as crash)

This guy looks really really simple to start out...

But theres so many little things that are great on him, that i only found today whilst putting him up on ebay.

firstly, yes he has the scope view finder, but this also combines with other scope jets to provide a battle image.

then he comes with a daft amount of missiles, like 15 of them (i only have 14 for some reason) and i couldnt figure out what to do with them, but he's got 2 bomb bays, 1 on each wing, its a barrel that has 4 compartments, you put the missiles in, and turn it, it stores them, turn it again and it drops them out one at a time.

Then he also has a button that you move on his roof in jet mode, that changes part of the jet from bronze plastic to luminour green.

He also has loads of landing gear, all foldable, and instructions that really don't make sense.

really tempted to keep him atm, but i need some money, and i know he's a rare one...

G2 Skyquake is Awesome! Id'e keep him If I were you, and with the new TF Prime Skyquake on the way, you'd have the oldest version, and the newest version, both in one set! I say, keep him!

You know what, i've done just that and unlisted skyquake for now.

i'd been through my collection, and found all the ones that were either incomplete, or that i didn't like to much, and this guy was just sat there, don't think i'd played with him since i got him, but after having a go today skyquake can stay

poor times atm though, our lass has lost her job, so need some money for october onwards
