Good luck with the ramp. Are you considering perhaps the idea of detacheable ramp extensions that could then fit on the sides of his legs in armor mode?

agreed. At first I thought there was a purpose to it for transformation but... if there is I can't see it.

Have you consitered pegging them, you know, like between Cybertron Hotshot's lower legs how there is a short peg on one side and a receiving hole on the oposite side. With the parts peged together things would stay lined up more and should be stronger/ stay together better.

Actually, I dont know how I could feel up the hollow, between the chest and the hip guards, as that piece is an extention from the chest which slide back up in the robot mode. filling up the hollow. will prevents the "head" from flipping back.![]()
