I don't mean to go kinda off-topic, but I disagree with this. I understand that "best" is a subjective quality, so you may think Unicron is the best from the Armada line, but for me it was always Jetfire and Tidal Wave, the latter which I would love to see in Titan Class size, even if his design and transformation stays as simple as he was in Armada.

Otherwise, I understand and agree with your view on lack of detail and higher level engineering. My counter argument to that is the age-old bottom line: Hasbro is a toy company. They're in business to sell toys to kids. Us collectors are a small niche of their profits, and they'll gladly sacrifice our needs for a well-articulated figure if it means they can sell more units that are simple to handle, more durable, have less moving (and potentially dangerous) parts, and therefore cheaper to produce, to soccermoms and whiny kids. This is the reason we have 3rd party companies, such as Make Toys who produce Utopia and Dystopia, among other large figures which have more detail and articulation. It's just unfortunate that they're not allowed to use actual names of characters due to licensing. I wish Hasbro would create a small department to deal with this issue, because it would give us a lot more options and well as make them more money. Plus, just my opinion, but more often than not, when a 3rd party company makes a figure of a certain character, that figure is superior to the official figure it is based on.

Like, a 4 or 5-foot long and maybe 3-feet wide Ark (from any continuity, but I'd LOVE the Ark from the G1 comics) with Legends class figures inside. Once again, it would be for collectors, unless it was really flimsy and hollow, which would drop the price, then maybe average parents would buy it. Kinda like that Milennium Falcon Eric played with on That 70s Show, but maybe a bit larger. And even though the book does have inaccuracies, I'd like it if Hasbro used Furman's design plans from "The Ultimate Guide to Transformers" that came out in 2007. In it was an awesome 2-page feature of the Ark. This right here: ImageI couldn't find a bigger sized pic on short notice. Anyone else for an Ark playset?
