Maiden voyage of the new grill! Tried out some steak with a BBQ-ranch sauce my girlfriend recommended. Added some extra spices and garlic herb oil that I got a few weekends ago (and used for the first time) to make a glaze. Despite the look, it turned out really well! I might have gone a bit heavy with the glaze and left it on a smidge too long on the other side for the glaze (the steak itself wasn't burned), but this is the first time I've grilled in a while.
Next week, I'm planning on grilling some pizza and porkchops. Beer brats probably the week after that or so.
