I eat very little beef, mainly in the form of a steak. I am limited to turkey, chicken and fish. I also try to balance it with vegetables, but I limit myself to a select few. Peas, carrots, broccoli and potatoes mostly. Eggs for protein. Honestly, it hasn't improved my figure (probably because of the other garbage I still shovel in my mouth, like candy, popcorn and milkshakes) but at the risk of sounding gross, my trips to the bathroom are more pleasant.
Yeah, when I was younger I was like a garbage disposal, I could eat anything. The last 10 years or so, I've had to become selective about what I eat, my digestive system is more sensitive. Not sure if it's just with age, or because I stressed it out too much with my horrible diet earlier in life, but now there are some things that just straight up make me sick, and other things I can only eat if prepared a certain way.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:I quit eating fried pork a couple of years ago. No joke, I discovered earlier this year that that last part is the reason I cannot eat bagged salad mix, I have to buy the head of lettuce and other things and make it myself. Can't take the shortcut. My body hates bagged vegetable mixes
That's pretty much me with preservatives. which is funny because I really haven't eaten horribly my whole life and I'm 24. It's strange.Rodimus Prime wrote:Yeah, when I was younger I was like a garbage disposal, I could eat anything.
