All I can say is, thank Primus for Masterpiece Soundwave. Though, I had the Classics reissue before that (and that reissue is currently in the custody of my oldest nephew).
Though back when we were kids, I did break my cousin's Soundwave by accident, because as it turned out, Ratbat was just ever-so-slightly too tight for Soundwave's original door, and trying to free him resulted in that damage. I did make it up to him eventually, by getting him the Takara Transformers Collection reissue as a college graduation gift.

Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.

Heck, some were even released in takara as "masterpiece movie" toys, so yeah. I like them, and just cause we don't like the series doesn't mean we should say the toys are the worst.
Airachnid should have been #1. That toy is the worst I own, and she is the definition of bad. I agree with a fair amount of your list though Will, so I applaud our agreements.
No offense, but you probably don't own an armada sideswipe

I do not, and based on everything else, I don't wanna or ever admit to it either if I would

I have to nominate this set:
Two awful Transformers for the price of, well, just a little cheaper than two Deluxes. The only real redeeming factor is Tailwhip fits really nicely with Smolder and Legends Barricade.
Hellscream9999 wrote:ZeroWolf wrote:Hellscream9999 wrote:Surprised no one mentioned rotf devs
Which one
You know which one![]()
At least the legends class one had the full team, and each had individual bot mode, for legends figures, they accomplished quite a bit, I'll cut them slack for that

I actually agree with Ironhidensh - Armada Scavenger is worse than Sideswipe. I've owned both and out of the pair - I still have Sideswipe. He's usually the Armada toy I'm most likely to have a fiddle with every now and then. That awful gimmick with the bike totally wrecked the figure, but I still find the easy transformation fun.

kindly enumerate which of the 1984 was garbage?

The blunt force trauma type weapon turdukin would either be MP-01, no need to throw.

Pretty sure he was joking, personally, I think most of the g1 figures are garbage, but that's me

The aesthetics alone on the movie toys make them garbage for the most part. But to answer you, No, I did not play with them, I'm an adult I don't play with toys, I collect them.
I did transform them once or twice each, and believe me, that was MORE than enough for the movie lines to solidify themselves as the WORST TFs of all time, right up there with Beast Machines.
Deadput wrote:And that's the exact same thing as playing with them.
Deadput wrote:No matter what fancy term you use your still playing with toys and there's nothing wrong with it adults are just bigger older children one of my best friend's used to say.
Deadput wrote:It's like someone saying it's too late to eat cereal or too cold to eat ice cream it's just a ridiculous limitation people set I'm not going to let my age stop me from getting my money's worth from my toys.
Deadput wrote:Doesn't mean we have to be immature about it however you my friend are being immature on this board with your harsh words please remember there are children on this site two and there are other humans too your not anymore privileged then the rest of us.
Darthshadow wrote:If people want to act like kids and play with toys, fine, it doesn't bother me, but the basic facts are, MOST adults do not.
Deadput wrote:Nice stereotyping I'm glad you speak for the rest of us adults but seriously you represent yourself not anyone else.
Darthshadow wrote:I like Transformers as much, (or more likely MORE) than you guys, chances are I'm also much older than you are as well. I don't play with them, but it doesn't mean I don't enjoy looking at them or collecting them.
Deadput wrote:Are you pulling the true fan card?
You just did that?
Deadput wrote:And you claim your older then the rest of us based on what premise and regardless age hardly has to do with being part of a fandom that collects CHILDREN'S TOYS however we can choose to be mature about it which your failing at.
Darthshadow wrote:The really offensive part here, is that you all have this stupid need to have everything explained to you, even when it doesn't matter.
Deadput wrote:We do when all your saying is that the movie toys are crap because you say so and we ask you why and then you turn it into an argument.
Also to quote a ridiculous line of yours "If that offends you, I apologize, but that's your problem, not mine."
Deadput wrote:So I'm going to say that right back at ya because you think that's a good thing to say good day sir but I'll go back and "play" with my toys and forget about this senseless argument on the internet.
ZeroWolf wrote:Did you have to pick that dead horse up deadput?![]()
Darth Shadow@ to be completely fair all that was asked of you in the beginning was to explain why you didn't like the movie line so much. Things just snowballed from there.
I would be interested in seeing what you would rate the worst to be, if you could only pick one mold.

Yeah that's not trying to be intentionally antagonistic now is it?

Although I still think prime airarachnid takes the cake with her deluxe bringing shame on anything near it.

If you want REAL antagonistic behavior, go over there. You'll see, it's pure madness.
