from what i understand of the pg its based on Xp and if a players Xp total is still standing they'll be in the list hell i noticed Ultra Optimus Prime in the list

Right now this page is very raw as I threw it together to help out Soundwave.
This page will be part of a massive reporting system I have planned in the near future.
