Ultra Magnus also had "hidden modes" left over from his Diaclone days. Omega being number one is awesome. I can't wait for the Siege figure. It looks like it will be amazing and dare I hope for some enterprising company to bring an automated tank for him like the original has?
Hidden modes? Really? Do you have any more info on these?
There's this repair bay mode, and an alternate base mode where his forearms are down on the ground while his large head and chestplate are on top

Each piece of a weaponizer can easily become something else, while Rodimus's arms (as seen in the article itself) just sit there. Putting a head in a matrix is one thing, but the cross-compatibility of weaponizers lets you make stuff like this with one additional piece.

Also a "Seeker launch ramp" or catapult and his chest plate and head forming a vehicle.
The wiki talks a little about it:

There was a really cool article that detailed all the modes for powered Convoy/ Ultra Magnus with pictures and everything but I can't for the life find it right now
Optimum Supreme wrote:Since you used g1 seekers as a whole category, I would have done the same with Cog's entry and used the whole Siege Weaponizers shebang, just to be fair.

Well thought out and really well written Will great stuff. Always fun going back through the oldies
