Seems like most if not all of us who preordered have received our confirmation...the planets and the moons have aligned and the Gods are smiling upon us...balance has been restored to the force :lol:

I placed my order on 9/23. I checked and the email that I received from TRU.com confirming my order came at 10:52 am. However, I actually ordered it earlier than that because I actually came across it on their website a few minutes before it was posted on here. I received my shipment notification late last night at 12:33 am.

Got my confirmation last night, my pre-ordered Optimus was waiting for me when I got home from work. After such a long wait they certainly fast tracked the shipping. Good luck to everyone else with pre-orders in, I hope TRU honors them all and that you all get next day shipping on them. One note for any MISB collectors, be warned, my box was pretty dinged and scuffed as they just dropped it in a large box with some TRU adverts and the packing slip and no additional packing material. When I picked it up it was flopping all around in the box. Fortunately the display box protects the contents very well and Prime and trailer checked out okay. I thought that was rather odd as all orders I have had from TRU in the past have been packed really securely, usually with air packs.
Lot of hassle, but totally worth it as this Optimus is fantastic and is my favorite piece in my entire collection already. Hats off to Hasbro for putting this guy out, just wish they would drop the exclusivity deal with TRU and roll with someone else in the future.
Also just wanted to say thanks to everyone who helped keep us all informed of what was going on with your orders and contact with TRU reps. Thanks to everyone

Glad to see more MP Primes back.

Disappointed for the higher price.

Got shipping confirmation email! EXCELSIOR! When that one arrives, I will absolutely be returning it to TRU in place of the one I found on shelf for $120. They ended up coming through in the end.

TRU cancelled my Prime order from Sept. without notification, then by the time I got on TRU.com to order another -SOLD OUT. It's AK-47 time. :BOOM:

__________________________________Juuuuuuuuuuuuuuuusssssst kidding. Apparently I got the shipping notification Tues. night, but I didn't see it till now (4am PST 11/8). I had a really busy day & couldn't check my email til now. Server at my friend's house was down & when it was up I skimmed through my inbox I didn't see the shipping notice. Over dinner last nite, I told my friends of the horrendous situation too. Unbeknowst to me, the email was sitting in my inbox. This is the biggest relief of the year collecting wise for me. I hunted this in the wild for a week & half just for insurance. Glad I don't have to anymore. Good luck everyone who needs it. DON'T feed the scalpers.

He just arrived via UPS

Cant open him though as hes one of my sons major xmas presents, but I examined him best as possible without breaking the seals and he seems in great shape. Box is also in decent shape. Of note: Toys R Us does not use any sort of packing ...just tossed him into a larger box and that was it.

Still....Im thrilled to have him

Hes gonna look titties next to Rodimus! Next up: Soundwave.

I could never do something like that and have the chance a unwitting parent or kid get it. Not if it was the only shot I had at getting it. That's lowdown and beneath degenerate. :-x
