Toyworld pulled a bait and switch by releasing grind rod first and making him G1 cartoon accurate in both modes. They gave no indication that they planned to make the other characters "neo". Aurora was a little off but nobody saw Trace coming. Totally not G1 cartoon accurate and they also ruined the uniform scale. But like most people who were already in the set 2 deep, I chose to buy Trace and pray the next 3 would somewhat resemble their G1 counterparts slightly. Even though it looks like they wont, suprisingly Throttler looks pretty awesome and I kind of see him as the combiner that never was but should have been. It makes alot more sense to turn the Throttlebots into a combiner than the Dinobots in my opinion. They really didnt need to make wideload bigger though since it is a 6 member team and not a scramble city combiner. Also we did see color prototypes of goldbug not long ago. Only problem was he wasnt gold and wasnt a bug. He a was yellow cooper.

I think his neck in rex mode looks a little thin, otherwise it's full of shiny chromey win.
