Yeah. If im gonna have a classics Fort Max thats not IDW style at least get me a mastersword and he would be on my japanese trilogy shelf.
...I still might reconsider??

And I say that as someone with diagnosed Aspergers.
And actually hoping that some unscrupulous scum-suckers would take ToyWorld's hard work and bootleg it- and saying you'd rather have the bootleg rather than the real deal- that's pretty low.

Seeing it at least the size of maketoys utopia or bigger would really do this mold justice. Right now its nothing more than a stand alone figure that scales with nothing. The whole thing that makes citybots cool is well...theyre cities.
Except this is being made for fans on a budget. that's what it is in a nut shell.
Just because you don't like something doesn't make it a inferior nothing.
TW FM is in Marvel G-1 TF comics scale.
TW might plan to release more city bots in this 9.1 scale like Scorponok, Metroplex and Trypticon.
PE Deathstalker-Scorponok might be a Leader toy scale. AEC Metroplex is a leader scale toy.
TW FM's toy can still perform it's city bot toy function, just on a much smaller toy scale. Minicons, Micromasters, Legends and basics can all use this toy in city mode and other modes.

I kinda agree on the city mode being something of a joke when the whole thing is just too small, though. But, if this were the only 3rd party Fort Max in the game I'd be happy with it. It does it's job and it isn't $400.

What are we comparing it against?
Tsutsukakushi wrote:Rumors are just rumors, doubt this one will happen.
Nothing about generations Metroplex even remotely resembles the 1987 Fortress Maximus toy, in either of the Three modes.
In order to even remotely make it work, It would require a extensive retooling to the extreme, high spend, time consuming levels. The bigger the toy the more work and money gets invested in the project. After all that time and money spend, It would be quicker and cost less to make a brand new Fort Max toy from scratch.
Anyways, the reason why Hasbro never did that Metrotitan recolor scheme for Titan Metroplex. Was due to Titan Metroplex being deemed a failure in sales for Hasbro in the USA. When most USA big chain retail stores refuse to carry the toy in stores and Hasbro has to rely on online sales to sell Titan Metroplex, The toy is deemed a sales Failure.

False. Hasbro was happy with the sale of Metroplex and are in the process of developing the next Titan Class figure.

I would rather have this than Toyworld Fortress Minimus any day of the week:

If they are, Think any newer Titan class city bot is One to Two to Three plus full years away. While the waiting is on goes on for the HasTak toy. I'll be enjoying my awesome ToyWorld Leader Scale Metroplex toy in around 30 days from now.
Think 2 years is a long time to have nothing. Rather have something while i'm waiting years for the HasTak version. Love the City bots enough to get both the HasTak and Toyworld versions.

tsu, the TW maxes in no way compare to a titan class figure. also, your timeline on the next titan is completely baseless.

Never said the TW FM would be a superior toy compared to a possible or not HasTak Titan city bot version.
What I did say was. The TW version is a great superb toy to have while waiting for the HasTak Titan toy.
What I also said was There is no guarantee HasTak will ever make another Titan City-bot. Rather have the TW version than nothing.
The time line guessing for another Titan City bot was all based on HasTak's 2014 to 2016 TF toy lines AOE, CW and Rid releases dates schedules.
