I'm a little stunned by his size! The first two are perfectly sized Deluxe figures and this guy is a small Voyager... Makes me wonder if I want him, and the rest of the team, as I was expecting a fairly standard robot size for all of them, except for maybe Wideloadhpfabe wrote:Really looking forward to this guy, though I am a little concerned with the size difference shown in the pics (I don't care about robot mode differences, but like them to be in scale in vehicle mode) and the fact that we haven't seen any protos for the next one yet.
That's correct, we can always find other toys to fill the Throttlebot gaps in our collections. It would suck to buy Not-Chase only to find out that the next release (or the one after that) was a third sizerpetras wrote:hpfabe wrote:... the fact that we haven't seen any protos for the next one yet.
This has me concerned, but unlike other sets, this one can be incomplete with no real loss.
Missing a leg of Devastator, that would be a problem.
Missing yet another interpretation of Goldbug, no problem.

There are no pics of Wideload. He is assuming that Wideload will be a construction vehicle instead of something more fitting to the direction TW is going with these guysrobotmel wrote:Tsutsukakushi wrote:While TW Wideload looks like he might make a decent Wideload for Energon Devastator.![]()
Whats this about Toyworlds Wideload, do we have new pics?
Im at work, so if there are Facebook pics posted, I cant see them?
If so, anyone fancy reposting as an attachment or hosting themselves?

If Chase being a lot bigger is due solely to the gestalt gimmick then I will be sorely disappointed in TW!

I didn't, but I can see how it would happen. The instructions are not very clear on what is supposed to pivot. I kept pushing, and if I had done any more force, I might have done what you did.
I just lost a mirror. I'm just waiting for something else to break so I can not waste too much epoxy. (I have young kids, so breakage in my house is almost a guarantee.)

The mirrors actually pop right back in. Mine have come off a couple times while transforming him, but they slide right back in. You will fumble for a minute trying to figure out how to align them to go back in, but then they do fit back in. It's actually a nice feature (and typical of good engineering, in my opinion, as that's my day job): design things to come apart rather than break off.
As for the hood, I haven't had any issues, but I also haven't followed the instructions. Part of the fun for me with every new Transformer is figuring out how to transform them by myself, so, since this can be trial and error, I tend to be very very gentle with it and really examine them carefully. Have you contact the retailer you bought it from? Some are very customer-friendly with replacements if they haven't warned against the breakage (TFSource has always treated me well).
