correct me if i'm wrong... but aren't there 6 constructicons? did they leave one out in the toys series? (the constructicon 5 pack)

That depends on which toy series you are talking about. The original G1 had 6 Constructicons and they were all present and accounted for. Now other series there may not have been as many in the team. The Universe micromasters has 6 members, but the larger counterparts had only 4 members- those are a repaint of RID's Build King.

The Energon and the recently released Walmart exclusive Classic Devastator set only contains 5 bots.

It is an embarrasment to 'cons and Classics everywhere to call that thing Devastator.

IMO, if they were not gonna make a new mold, they really shouldn't of bothered with a Classics combiner.

True however the energon set is known as ConstructiconMaximus not Devastator and the Classic is known as Devastator although a nice set should not be referred to as Devastator Hasbro should have given us an updated six figuere Classic Devastator the other one is just an insult to the G1 line.
