The one you have is probably the hasbro one on the left. But as you can see, they re the same size, so it was just to give you an idea of how big/small the original G1 toys were. They were smaller than deluxes but bigger than Legends

The one I had was like the one on the left except it's had not have as in I don't have any of the G1 Transformers anymore. Of all the ones I had, there were the six triple changers, Sixshot, Powerglide, Cosmos, Optimus Prime, the Stunticons, the Technobots, a Seacon that turned into a shark like beast​, Breakdown, Tracks, and the Autobot that turned into a firetruck.

No by sending money orders, and it used to work that way. I have two items in my cart, a magic trick and a magazine; and I can't pay for them because whoever's in charge of eBay doesn't care about individual needs.

Ebay sells nothing.
It's the seller (people like you and me) in ebay who decide what kind of payment he wants to accepts.
And quite everybody go for paypal because it's the easiest and most secure thing (until we find better).

As french guy I have no **** idea what is a money order (I guess it's something like a check for US) , so when I sell something, I'll not go for this kind of payment, what's the point ? I'm going for paypal, the universal thing which works everywhere.

Also, you don't need a credit card to have a paypal account.

You don't even need a credit card.

Just set up a bank account that you transfer money into when you need to buy stuff. Link that account to your Paypal account and pay that way.

Alternatively, get a pre-paid credit card that you have to load money onto and use that.

There's plenty of ways which I know you know, you're just phishing for attention Jason. Quit playing the dummy, we both know you're not that dumb.

That's a lot of extra leg work; and if you've read my posts asking for someone to give me a ride to Megacon on May 28 in Orlando, you should know that I don't have a car; and there are no banks within walking distance.

I don't know how it works in US, but in france, the only two kind of people who don't have a credit card are people who went bankrupt before (so the country had to pay their debts) and people who've been judged mentally unable to take care by themselves.

Only that I like to just carry cash for things I want to buy. I used to have a credit card; but I had gone so long without using it that they were putting a bill on it for that, so the card got cancelled.

As long as we're talking about how Transformers got their names, what about Sideswipe, Wheeljack, and Cliffjumper?

Is a very dfferent culture over there. I am not speaking for Jason at all here, but since you asked and I work in a bank, I have a bit of insight. With wallstreet being in the US and the major crashes happening there, the US has a higher rate of distrust towards banks than any other country. Plus, unlike other countries, the banking in the US isnt as centralized, and anyone can open a bank. There is also a lack of regulation. Just a few reasons explaining why there is still a lot of people in the US not trusting of banks, or credit, and that mainly operate in cash. And its no small number, 22 million people in the US operate that way. This distrust is even shown in the media with it being the main theme of Hell or Highwater, a film that was nominated for best picture this year, and The Big Short, also nominated for best film the year before. So its very prevalent.

Just wanted to give an overview, and show that there are cultural differences in terms of banking that some of us may not be aware of as we interact with others on these boards.

When I think Belgians call us (french) retards because paper checks still exists...

Actually nobody has a credit card in 2107 because that year hasn't come yet, and the current year is 2017.

I forgot to mention that I also used to have Pounce and Wingspan. I don't remember if I mentioned that I had Buzzsaw or not. I found him at a garage sale too, so that explains why I never had a G1 Soundwave.

It's strange how they say that planets or whatever are destroyed like when they said Cybertron was destroyed; and that's gotta be a figure of speech because according to a law of thermodynamics or something, to matter cannot be destroyed. A planet or whatever can be made useless or uninhabitable, but it can only be changed into another state of matter.

I haven't received an actual paper paycheck in over a decade, it isn't even an option where I work, everything is direct deposited and I get my stub online. I do have a few things that I still have to pay with a paper check like my storage unit and road dues (I own a house that's part of a private road associations, town wont touch our road). Only place that still makes me sign when I pay by card is restaurants (aside from fast food), why they don't just use portable card readers is beyond me. We finally got chip cards last year, but they still have the strips so they still aren't any more secure. Paying for something at a store with a phone is still pretty uncommon.

I don't use a bank, I use a credit union. It's like a bank, but most of the services are free like ATMs and checking account (with a $300 overdraft built in). All paid by me keeping a $5 minimum in my savings account. Plus we have shared branching so I don't even have to go to my own CU, I go to the one inside Walmart.

Meanwhile I still can't convince my parents that someone isn't going to steal their credit card numbers the second they use them on Amazon. Just Monday I had to explain to them again that the three times I've had my cards reissued because my numbers were "stolen" was because of the local supermarket they visit, the local Home Depot they visit, and the local Target they visit. I try to explain to them that that all happens because those stores put the numbers on the internet, but I think they're convinced that someone actually sneaks into the stores and physically takes the numbers as if this were the old days where the cards are copied onto paper. When I told them I linked my checking account to PayPal they were going on and on about identity theft and how someone is going to clean me out even when I pointed out that the information I gave PayPal is the same information on the paper check they don't hesitate to hand over to a complete stranger complete with signature.

Some people here are just afraid of technology.

How do some people get the usernames they come up with​? I got mine because there already was a Jason, so I added 5 billion. Is Windsweeper named after a Transformer? I know there's a Windblade, but I don't know about Windsweeper. Can you imagine if they came out with one called Break Wind?

I decided to record a movie called Aloha, Scooby Doo. Normally, I Wouldn't bother; but I noticed Transformers Megatron voice actor Frank Welker is in it? Can someone please tell me who he did the voice of in that Scooby Doo movie?

Fred. Welker has done the voice of Fred in every animated episode and cartoon movie of Scooby doo. He's also done Scooby and Shaggy sometimes following the loss of the original voice actors.
