Ya but there is a theory that NEST guys are a lot of cemetery wind. And if you look through the credits and compare each movie,it is kind of accuarate. But that is a good theory that they are hiding.

I think they are hiding for shore. but they might have just sent Lennox out to carry out his normal operations before NEST. I cant imagine how sad Sam was when Bee had to leave him.
