Found at TrU I bet?
How much was it?
It could only be TRU. And it was only 109$. It will probably be on 20% discount within 3 months and at that price it will be a pretty good deal.

TF-fan kev777 wrote:Origins Bee DCPI is 087-16-3816, but it isn't working on Brickseek. He is in solid cases. The Studio Series Deluxes are in versus 2-packs with Clunker Bee vs Barricade, VW Bee vs Car Dropkick and Evasion Bee vs Stinger. The 2-packs are in cases of 4 with Clunker Bee vs Barricade double packed.

Ah, okay thank you. Good to know it's solid cases, that pretty much alleviates the temptation to pay for one of the overpriced copies on ebay

It being a solid case means nothing if you store never gets a case. Thrust and Runabout were all solid cases too.

"This is so overpriced I only bought two!" is a heck of an argument, dude. Not sure you're sending a strong message of dissatisfaction to Hasbro.

He wasn't talking about himself, he was referring to the casual who barely know anything about the hobby. That's why for them, there's Cyberverse figures with fun gimmicks and a huge for the same price, but are light, hollow, and have not many parts.

This is our preview of Hasbro's almost zero plastic packaging. If you look at the packaging, you'll find the only plastic used is the hook for hanging on the pegs. The ties have switched to rattan and are taped to the back, even the little circle discs the ties would go through are gone. Voyagers and Leaders could be completely plastic free on the packaging since they don't need peg hooks.
It does look weird on the pegs when you first see it. But I used the clear view in my favor to pick the best of the paint deco without having to look through plastic.

It's going to make it even easier for the figures to get scuffed and damaged in the packaging. I can't wait to see how Amazon is going to ship these boxes.

This is something that can be solved through better packaging design on the cardboard windows, the plastic on the window is not strictly necessary. I agree the window in the Origin Bumblebee box is not a good choice as it makes it more likely for the figure to get damaged, but the packaging for Generations figures will probably get redesigned to take that factor into account.
There's all kinds of patterns and folds you can easily and inexpensibly give to cardboard boxes to showcase a product and protect it at the same time.

OG Bee is cool and I feel the World's Collide Bee is probably going to be his look going forward unless he is a Camaro. A VW Bug just isn't practical with licensing nor are they really common on the streets. Using the Cliffjumper feet and back also matches up with Bug Bite and the upcoming SG Goldbug.

Bee doesn't need to be a VW but he definitely (and I can't believe this is something we can discuss) needs a unique vehicle from Cliff. In what bizarro world are we now that Cliffjumper is the one being piggybacked by Bumblebee??I use the 06 Classics car as an example usually, but anything that has a similar "personality" to a VW would work, as long as it's a rounder car than Cliff's sleeker car mode. We'll no doubt see this mold retooled and reused again for another year so maybe we'll get more vehicles (or at least another weapon).
