I really, really like it. It just feels good in my hand. Makes me wish the Hasbro official stand was easily compatible with these figures.

Guess I'm going to Target Tuesday and trying my luck. Site says both are in stock there, but I can't order them for pickup for whatever reason so there's nothing I can do about it until the afternoon.

Have any of the figures in the rumored, added wave 5 been leaked? I've heard about Blaster but haven't seen him. I know wave 4 has been fully revealed though not officially announced.

Blaster has apparently been moved up to Wave 4, with wave 5 being all repacks of other figures

Possibly, I cannot stress enough that this is not 100% confirmed, even more than any other leak. One leaker says it's happening, another says the last wave breakdown stuff they saw still has Blaster in Wave 5, and the other leakers all say "Well we trust both these people so who knows".

Keep in mind, it would be possible for both to be right. Blaster could be moved up to wave 4, and still be repacked in wave 5.

Finally got around to messing with Origin Bee properly and he is incredible. Really nice tight joints, he actually uses more parts from his bot mode than I thought. He's a bit small like I said yesterday, and while I personally don't have an issue with parts count being used to determine price, not size, I kinda wish the box size for Origin Bee was smaller to make it seem like less like you're being conned, but I feel like I got my money's worth out of him.

I will say though: I'm 99% convinced after handling him that he was designed for Siege. He's not as greebled, but I'm convinced that HasTak were so confident that Wheeljack and Spinister were going to win the poll and decided to also draw up a Bumblebee to go with Wheeljack before realizing that Impactor and Mirage were going to win. And my theory is kind of supported by Wheeljack and Bee being in the Netflix show and being bigger roles, despite not showing up in plastic till Earthrise (and in Bee's case, the Netflix line). I've got no evidence other than that though, but honestly I wouldn't be surprised since I still think POTP was similar where HasTak thought Star Saber would win and went with the evolution gimmick so he'd fit in, only for Primal to win.

With Blaster supposedly being bumped up from Legacy it would be strange if he got bumped up twice. Then again, technically wave 5 is just taking the slot for Legacy wave 1 so it wouldn't be much of a move for him. If wave 5 really is all repacks, with or without Blaster, that would be unfortunate since Siege wave 5 gave us 5 releases meant for Earthrise.

No difference whatsoever Just something that I was thinking about while I messed with him. And when I say that I think he was drawn up, I mean they just drew up the idea and then the fanvote ended and they saw Wheeljack wasn't getting made and they filed it away with the unused 13 Primes designs for Titans Return and the other POTP evolution figure drawings until they realized they could put it out for Buzzworthy, and then they actually finished it and put it into production

Yeah, Origin Bumblebee lacks any of the greeble that the Siege figures were covered in, so he feels like a post-Siege design. However, it's possible that they initially conceived of the idea of this figure back when Siege was in production, but just never got the design quite nailed down until now, since while he lacks all of the aesthetic essentials of the Siege toys, he does still function on the same ideals of the Siege line.

There is a fan Friday coming up, so it'll be either then, or at Pulsecon in September.

Fan First Friday next week seems the most likely assuming they do it with any fanfare and they mention anything past wave 4. Pulsecon hasn't announced its date yet, but it's probably going to be November 1 since that's when they say the toys will be available. However we also have Toy Fair October 5-7 and New York Comic Con is still set for October 7-10. Fall is pretty packed for choices. If wave 5 is just repacks then surely they wont make a big deal out of it.

Anyway, on topic, I struck out at Target. Only new BB figures was two Clunker/Barricade 2 packs, but I'm not really interested in that set. I guess that's why they wont set Origin Bee and the 4 pack aside for pickup even though they're listed as in stock on the site. I could have asked for help, but there seemed to be a lot of people looking for help and they're already short staffed, the last thing they need is me having them hunt for stuff they haven't had time to bring out if they really have them at all. I did punch the code into the price checker and the aisle came back as NA so I don't think I missed them. I'll check again this weekend.

This is definitely a great little figure... I didn't like paying > $23 for him, but I'll take that over $40+ for NF Bee on the aftermarket.
The alt mode is awesome, and I really appreciate that it's just different
(making me really glad I returned the Bee and Spike 2 pack) even though it was a good deal on sale).
I really like how much he differs from Clifjumper.
And having him, it makes me wish Cliffjumper had less window on his chest.

The energon rods are kinda mehhh... But the little blaster and the jetpack are nice for sure.

Got lucky yesterday and scored 2 of the 3 Buzzworthy things I wanted! Just need the 4-pack!

to start, this little guy is so cute and so good! I love how complex he is but how good and smart he is. I love it!




I also lucked into the Barricade and Bumblebee set! This makes me very happy since I now only need 2 regular release SS figures: DotM Ratchet and 2007 Starscream! This set in particular will remain in vehicle modes on the shelves, and the rotary weapon on Barricade will go to my first one so he can dual wield.

Also of note, new Barricade lacks the "To Punish and Enslave" slogan on the side.

We have news that Transformers Buzzworthy Bumblebee Battlepack has been found at Target. This Buzzworthy set of four repacked Cyberverse figures was found at a Target in California by TF fan Chico. This pack is $41.99 and has the original and lesser molds used for warriors Optimus Prime, Starscream and Bumblebee, while the Megatron mold included is of a later wave since it has his double canon cybertronian alt mode.

That set is a GREAT Transformers starting pack for any child new to the franchise.

Does anybody have the slightest clue why the Targets around me would get every single new Buzzworthy toy EXCEPT for the Worlds Collide set??? That's the one I wanted the most but that's the only thing they never got. They have a place for it on the shelf set & the woman told me they would have it on August 4th. I was there this morning & they just got that new Cyberverse 4-pack but still never got the other one.

Does this make any sense? Is there something about the Worlds Collide set to make them handle it differently? I'm really confused. It feels like the forces of the universe are just trolling me now.

Nothing special about that specific 4-pack, just sounds like normal crappy distribution. My local store got them about a month after I found them at another larger store that is a little further away.
