Excited to get your Punch/Counter Punch figure? Maybe you're excited to get the two Shattered Glass Cyclonus figures that you ordered because Punch was already sold out? (grumble grumble)

Well, too bad. Here's an update from the TFCC!

Today will be the last day we will ship Punch/CP and Cyclonus until after BotCon. Due to many people traveling, we are suspending shipments until after July 1.

Please note that the only shipments that have gone out so far are all of the orders that had both figures in the order. We have not started working the single orders yet, so none of them have been shipped.

If you have not received your shipment by Wednesday and are leaving for BotCon, you should arrange with your neighbor to check for your packages (leave Fedex a note to dispatch with them) or contact Fedex 800-Go-FEDEX to have your shipment held until your return.

You will know if we have shipped your package as you should receive a shipping confirmation email (if the email doesn't get blocked). If you don't get an email, we didn't ship it.

Well at least I don't have to worry about my Cyclonus's showing up while I'm at Botcon... I mean... everyone doesn't have to worry... everyone who ordered a single or double of a single figure...

Got my confirmation for 2 of each. Sorry to hear others are having to wait. I'm still waiting on Dion. I'm in Florida and I've yet to see anyone from my state say they've gotten theirs. Oh, and no ship notice for him. I have the bare bones membership though. No tracking for USPS if I remember correctly.

Great, I have to wait longer because I only wanted P/CP? Brutal.

From what I gathered on the TFCC forums only people who actually purchased Dion got a shipping notice. If you're getting him a freebie you won't get a shipping notice. I still haven't got mine either.

I'd like for people to stop pretending that emails get "Lost" or "Blocked".

If I'm smart enough to navigate a website and use a credit card online, I'm smart enough to check my junk mail box with my email.

I should have gotten an email confirmation by now, but I haven't. This means one of two things, either...

1. The package was not shipped out in the order they claimed, either this time or a day ago.

or

2. Someone was not careful enough to scan the USPS tracking and notification numbers on all the packages and my shipment will just appear with no prior notice.

Also, the Club forums are down.

Well, I only ordered one P/CP, so I'll get nothing for a while, but I can deal.

CP states exactly how I feel.

Same here man, I'm a first timer with TFCC and nothing on Dion. Hopefully soon though..

I should clarify.. I received my shipped confirmation "email" yesterday. The figures are scheduled to arrive on 6/17 (tomorrow). I'm sure someone will beat me to the 'punch" (awwww... terrible pun).. by the time I get home from work tomorrow to rip them out of the packaging

Urgh... I haven't received an e-mail, so I guess I have to suffer the penalty for all you Bot-Con go-ers.

Just got my notice for shipping. 2 CPs, 1 Cyclonus.

This is ridiculous. They have the item I ordered, P/CP, in stock and they won't ship it because I didn't order a Cyclonus as well.

I used to be a RLC member for years. Mattel has done some hokey things to thier HWC/RLC members, but we never had to wiat so long for an item we have been charged for in advance. I have never been on the fence about a club which feels slightly ill-run, but the way they do business is not great at all.

I could deal with the wait, the shipping container, and the mess of an unpainted head.

But because I did not order SG Cyclonus, I can't get C/PC until after July??? Because they have to get ready for BotCon?? That's not my problem, customers who already paid for the item should come first, and should receive their item based on when they paid, and what type of shipping they used.

Also, if they knew they were going to do this, they should have announced this in advance similar to how HLJ would let you know they will be closed due to a Japan national holiday or even weeks in advance so you know whether you want to order or not.

All these clubs don't have the intention of the customer or member, they just get the money and screw you later.

Just when I thought TFCC was getting back into my good graces they pull this crap...Up your butt jobu I didn't plan on getting Dion until like august anyways..Seems like the closer you live to funpub the longer it takes for free stuff to get here.....

No kidding, I live in south Oklahoma and I still haven't received Dion. Now I have to wait till July to get the two P/CP's I ordered.

Such a tease...and a big screw you because you didn't order both figures and they have to cater to those who are going to botcon. The situation sucks.

Mattel hosts the Hot Wheels Nationals every year,but that never delayed us from getting club items when they are ordered. I smell shenanigans.

The more I think about this the more it annoys me. They have my money and my figures and they won't ship them because my order doesn't meet some random criteria. Hell, had they let us know up front that they would ship out orders to those who purchased both figures first I might have ordered the Ironman variant Cyclonus just to get my P/CP's faster.

So instead of shipping out the items in order of how they were received they're going in order of who ordered the most. I wasn't expecting the figures until July anyway due to the slow boat from China thing but this is just crap. Really gonna have to rethink my membership next year.
