Well, again, there isn't any Stylor in the IDW comics. Stylor, until being introduced into this comics continuity (if ever), is from the original G1. That is enough to start talking about headmasters and the desire to have a headmaster Chromedome that is updated and from Hasbro. Its really hair splitting and doesn't matter at all, but I am bored so why not.
Kinda like how the Wings Universe is a slightly alternate version of the G1 cartoon universe, only with some characters having bodies that differ from their cartoon bodies.![]()
The Club simply wanted to throw Stylor in there but without intruding upon the IDW portrayal of the character as a non-Headmaster, and so worked him in in a way gives us him without remaking the non-HM character into a Headmaster.
It's a lot closer to IDW Chromedome than Code will ever be, at least.Rated X wrote:Sabrblade wrote:IDW Chromedome is not a Headmaster.
Headmasters in the IDW continuity are considered ghoulish, barbaric abominations not unlike what Silas did to Breakdown's corpse in Transformers: Prime.
This is as much IDW Chromedome as the Jazz mold is IDW Nightbeat. All you really have is TF Prime Wheeljack painted in Chromedome colors with an IDW Chromedome head. A stand in at best. Thats why I referred to him as "not" Chromedome. Im not the only one here who thinks this figure is not much of a Chromedome. And at the Same price Code was if you went the BBTS route, this is no bargin.
And, it's quite possible that Nightbeat'll upgrade into a new body to match his new toy. Bumblebee and Starscream have both done so thus far.
Instead of Stylor they could have made this Rewind if this is supposed to be a cash in on idw Chromedome, the scale would also be better than the Frumble repaint.
And isn't Nightbeat dead? Cos I seem to remember Hardhead shooting him in the head 5 years ago and haven't seen him since.
And shockbla is back? Damn another 6 months have passed, so it's 2015 now? F**k time flies by when you're having fun. Anybody remember Age of Extinction, was it good? Can't remember seeing it last year.
If it were six months from this point now, Dead Metal, then it would still be 2014, let alone when I said that. BTW, what is your obsession with "dangly parts" all about anyhow?

Oh it's just you said you're leaving for another six months because we're all assholes here and you're above us and don't need this, and since you said that you've been back three times. The funny thing about that is that it happened in what I assumed had been 2 months, but it had to be 18 months because you know, you're so much better than us and have a much better grip at life and reality than us.
Because it couldn't be that you've bullshitted, to make yourself seem bigger.
And I like dangly parts as much as you seem to like brothers beating the crap out of each other.

Well, the name is actually ジェイズ, which Romanizes out to "Jeizu", with "Jayz" being a transliteration that shows how it's pronounced in English.noctorro wrote:Sabrblade wrote:nose (Jayz has

It's a play on Jazz's name only with the "A" pronounced as a Long A instead of a Short A.
"Jeyz" or "Jaaz" might also work, but the former could be mistaken for sounding like "Jeez", while the latter could be mistaken for sounding like "Jaws". "Jayz", however, is more precise.

shockblast2 wrote:That is your warped perspective of what I said. I never said the things you claim. If I did quote me on it.
Children usually rant on like you do and make up junk about people that they never said just because they don't agree with your opinion about some toys. Which is pathetic.
shockblast2 wrote:No, I rarely post here, like many others. Why? Because of people like these two goons. There is no profit in arguing with people who only see things their way to the point that they cannot allow another opinion to be made that contradicts their view. You guys argue about the most ridiculous things that I have ever seen on a site like this. Last week I came here and you all were venomously ranting about Hasbros legends line because they are not scout sized. Even Sabrblade there has "god of transformers" on his title because people like him think that their OPINION is the rule and law of collecting. Only to him and the few cronies that follow his opinion. I proved this six months ago when he and I had a baited exchange about this very issue just so I could prove what I already suspected. As for the rest of us, we stay silent in the background, shaking our collective heads, and thinking "wow, glad I am not obsessed with transformers like these guys". Liking this kind of thing is ok, but you all's nerd rage over the g1 issue is a real turn off for casual posters like myself.
I posted my OP today because I wanted to see if the same reaction still exists here six months later. And pathetically it does. And it is the SAME five or so of you that are still at it. Pretty weak. Just let people have their opinions, like you have yours. Anyone who knows anything about business will tell you Hasbro keeps these things ambiguous on purpose to sell as many figures as possible. And this is the final point I made when I posted this discussion six months ago, but some of you have conveniently forgot about that.
And to set the record straight, I did not start this. Sabrblade ran his mouth (again) because someone else had a different opinion about Skids than he did. That is why I posted in the first place. And it is not just this post. Randomly I saw some other random member telling him to "suck it" anonymously on an unrelated post. Why? Because the guy can't just let people have their opinions. Dead Metal is just as bad. Kinda makes me wonder if these guys are either married or the same person.
Did you see me bash the G1 guy for his opinion? NO. Just Sabrblade when he did it to that guy first. I figured what is good for the anon is good for him. The point is this kind of aggressive trolling is why most of us never post here. Look at your post counts. I did the math. you both post 6 or more a day average for the last 6 years. Me? 0.14 per day. Why is that? Because of people like you two who cannot stop running your mouths for ten seconds to allow others to post their opinions w/o you rebutting. It is unprofitable to argue with people about silliness such as this. And yet again you have proved this out for me.
See you in six more months.
shockblast2 wrote:Hey asshole, if you have a problem with me them PM me. Don't personally flame me on the boards just because I don't agree with your opinions on toys. It is pretty pathetic that you have to say bad things about others just because they don't agree with your opinions.
Furthermore I never said the things you claimed I said. I never called you assholes, never said you were stupid, and I showed you respect at the time of the disagreement. Sadly, you can't do the same, which doesn't surprise me much based on your comments to other board members besides myself.

It's Jayz, one syllable. He's an homage to Jazz, hence the name. For that matter, Pral is based on Prowl, and Sais is based on two versions of Sideswipe.
