So uh... anyone think there's a chance FunPub is just ready to throw in the towel and will start shipping wave 3 next week? I need Wreckage in my life!

Fun Pub can't ship anything until they themselves get the items from the factory overseas. The full run of the figures has to get made first.mazingaspidey wrote:So uh... anyone think there's a chance FunPub is just ready to throw in the towel and will start shipping wave 3 next week? Makes sense, I was under the impression that the entire wave was produced and shipped in one fell-swoop.

That was actually shown in the Magazine scan last year:

it's a nice nod to the original TF Punch's weapon as well as accentuating the "Toxic" touch of Toxitron, reminds me of Monstructor in some ways... looking forward to finally completing this...and the big reveal of the bonus figure.

I still have my hopes up that Punch is the secret figure. The fiction never specifically says that he died, just that he was "removed."

I'm glad the HFGs are all different colours (aside from Fractyl and Bluestreak disappointingly). Helps bring out the chaotic vibe.

Also, apparently "fans will know [who the mystery figure is] this week!" Maybe that means the boxes are in the mail!

The 7th figure has been revealed elsewhere, and while I'm sure it'll be a nice-looking figure once I get to see it, the character identity has me feeling a little letdown.

Depends how you "build" him - if you use Bluestreak's own HFG instead of having him borrow Impactor's, you have orange, purple, and gray. And sword.
There is a bit of fun in that, for sure.

May I ask for a Link please? maybe put it in a spoiler tag?...I know many fans want to be surprised, but I don't mind knowing...

Final TFSS 5.0 Figures are Arriving and Mystery Figure Revealed
- Motto: "'till All Are One"
While we do not have any photo evidence yet, a fan did recieve the box and has posted his thoughts on its contents (found below) along with the identity of the mystery figure. Shattered Glass is one of the biggest storylines and themes ever developped by Fun Pub so they have chosen to end it with SG Starscream, using the unite Warriors Starscream mold. Here are the words below by PortalTron of Allspark, followed by images of Toxitron in combined Wreckage form found on the Facebook page for Pete's Robot Convention.

A few thoughts and a major spoiler for the mystery figure.
Counterpunch looks amazing. That is all I can say for him.
Toxitron looks like an odd faded shade of yellowish-green. It's very cool looking. The head is a little different than I imagined, but it looks amazing.
Lastly, the Mystery figure is SG Starscream! He looks fantastic and I love this figure. Although he comes with a translucent HFG, he doesn't seem to be made of translucent plastic. Which is really nice.
All in all, this has been a really fantastic line. A really good note to end on as well.

Interesting...well I can still make that work. I'll have SG SS be the right leg of Wreckage (rather than Bluestreak)
...and Bluestreak will complete my Optimus Maximus (BC Prime, Alpha Bravo Right Arm, Rook Left Arm, Bluestreak Right Leg, Smokescreen Left Leg)

Everybody else probably loves SG starscream, but I'm a little disappointed since he's not going to have a spot in my collection (SG is a little too niche for me).

I'm guessing it kinda looks like the SG Starscream who was seen in the universe that was a SG version of the G1 cartoon universe, which was shown in the bonus 2-page Transformers comic included in the Diamond Edition of the G.I.JoeCon 2016 comic.

Shame they just didn't go with regular Starscream. Even those who bought the Grand Galvatron set are stuck with the more fragile ghost version.

Aww...
I loved the SG Comcept, but a one-off combiner kimb is not what I want, nit when we had potential redecos to go with Bluestreak like Sideswipe or Hoist. I guess its a nice homage to one of Botcon's biggest and 2nd best known (for good or ill) storylines.
