It's a good thing we have Optimi of every size to make up for the show's inconsistencies when replicating a scene

I can think of several legacy Primes that will fit the bill nicely here.

I saw it further down the page. I see it's Iron Factory's Maiden packaging, but a Preda(micro)King would be Suh-WEEEEEEEET!!!!

Generations is really inconsistent with this. One moment it's slavishly G1 to the point of absurdity, the next moment it's all incredibly loose reimaginings.

I agree, its to the point where the only difference between this and the masterpiece line is the quality, not necessarily the scale or design.

Considering the considerable strain on my wallet, I'm going to skip Superion, Menesor and all and get only Devastator. (That's the plan.... anyway!)

Devastator's head seems to reach up to the bottom of the ramp door on Metro's chest. So, that looks like about an inch difference in height, is that about right?
I now want a picture of Devastator grappling with the Chaos Bringer.

RTS legend size OP (or any of the various rereleases of that mold) would be a good one.

So these look good, and they may be the only official solution to an MP scale Devastator ever. At the very least the most affordable one. However for large purchases this year Trypticon is way ahead of this in my sights. If I manage to get Trypticon and I find this on sale I'd consider it.

You're right about Long Haul. I guess you could say all those Energon goodies...

Wut yo talkin about? Huh? I'm happy! I am looking forward to Devy!
Wasn't Metroplex sold for around $300.00 or something at retail? Cuz if that's the case, then considering the size of Devastator, $150.00 is a GREAT DEAL!

Which makes sense, Metroplex is intended to be a city so Devestator should be smaller, but the whole "Titan" thing feels like a lie.
But then you size him up against the other CW combiners and suddenly the "Titan" thing makes sense.
Not that it matters, I'm buying him regardless.

Perhaps all this time it's just been one big long plan to put out as many Optimii's as they can so people have a variety of choices to choose from when they release the big guy.
