thats not a dig at you Will. Just something I have noticed now. 4-5 months ago before the release this series just loathed and now the first season has finished and it’s got overwhelming praise. There will always be that snarky fan here and there that will claim they could do better but over all it’s a solid series and is finally recognized for its merits.

Does i am the "snarky fan"?Maybe i'm paranoid like my comment about PAWlitic that has mysteriously dissapered,Trevor Knight felt forced to mention Sauron for cinephile marketing, you must know he's a reference to George Soros. Then,i talked about interracial promotion in the new movie but beetween a black and a jew.
About CYBERVERSE,i just lack enthousiasm. Can you say where the "overwhelming praise"come from? There's no message in that question.Did i missed something?
I thought first about feminism but even Grimlock is stronger than Bee,there's stil Shadowstriker who can attack him with hands.

@PerfectVision what post are you on about that dissappeared? Also I'm not sure what you are on about with the feminism thing?

The overpowered Windblade we talked about some time ago.I even remember a more recent scene where she take a big punch on her face and stand up like if nothing happened.
I don't see how my first paragraph make no sense.

She’s a robot dude they’re not human beings. We’ve seen these characters been shot in the face, cut in half, fall from orbit, dumped in acid and lava, building fall on them. Who the hell cares if she’s punched in the face and gets back up.
Complaining about being punched in the face and getting back up like it was nothing? That is reaching for flaws to pathetic heights especially is you’re trying throw feminism at it.
Okay, seriously? Dude, when Travis Knight mentioned Sauron, he was talking about the main bad guy from Lord of the Rings, not some real world politician. This is Sauron:PerfectVision wrote:Does i am the "snarky fan"?Maybe i'm paranoid like my comment about PAWlitic that has mysteriously dissapered,Trevor Knight felt forced to mention Sauron for cinephile marketing, you must know he's a reference to George Soros. Then,i talked about interracial promotion in the new movie but beetween a black and a jew.

No it isn't. Tolkien made the name up, deriving it from a word in a fictional language that he also invented for his stories. It has nothing to do with any real world person's name. To think otherwise is ridiculous.PerfectVision wrote:I understand but you must know his name is a reference, whatever if Travis know it,cinephile...

Randomhero wrote:So Cyberverse! It’s a solid show. The run time is something I know people still gripe but I’m pretty happy with being able to watch an entire season in under 3 hours lol

It should mean we get a good price on the season sets... Mind you, if tradition persists, I'll have to look at importing the show as here in the UK we either get full seasons or we don't...i mean we never got Animated and I can't remember getting Prime season 3 and Predacons Rising either.

There is other exemple of her effectiveness.Their fragility varry beetween continuity,be careful about that.
As i said, maybe it's just Bee who is weak.

So, on the one hand, this does feel more like the kind of thing G1 Megatron woulda pulled in the 80s than the calm and collected Logician of Shockwave, but I LOVE this no-nonsense over the top but down to business Shockwave who just shows up and says “Okay, let’s just remove Humanity first, lock stock and barrel, and salvage whatever is left. It’s zany mad science, but yet it makes so much sense. It’s ironic that its the one show where the Humans ARENT a factor that takes the Decepticons to new levels of villainy. Where was this Shockwave in Prime?
They didn't. They weren't even sure Cybertron still existed until they were later contacted by Shockwave in the fourth episode, who himself wasn't even sure if Megatron was still alive after all that time either.william-james88 wrote:Now 4 million years was always crazy in the original cartoon (like how do they even know there is still a war going on?)
