Like, you're still using up the same amount of fuel cells so you're still getting the same amount of points; just over a different amount of time. If it's at the end of the event and you quickly have to use up all your fuel cells then yeah sure, but if you're still using up all 50 then sending in teams of four makes absolutely zero difference. Hell, you'd be sending them into lower level zones so you'd get even less points than if you'd just waited. Logistically and mathematically it just doesn't make a lick of sense to me.
Sending out a team of four will usually put you in a zone where you can score 2/3rds of your full teams potential score. It you mash up your bots, with one dude from team 1 and then 1 from team 2 and 1 from team 3, you can add a bot to level up and get 40 (as opposed to 60) and then do the next team and do the same. If your teams fight in multiple zones, this levels them out a bit and you still score more with your fuel than you would just doing three then waiting for recharge. Once fuel is out, if you're still playing you just deploy your best team every 20 minutes. But you score at least 30% more per 10 deployments than you would with full teams this way.
