I noticed that too the other day. They were on the weird half shelf that juts out of the toy aisle for featured figures (as opposed to the full size endcap) with the JP stuff.

I was impressed with everything you mentioned too, especially the tight joints. He's good enough that I don't think they're planning to redo him in Deluxe, and though I haven't posed them together yet, I think he'll be a great complement to Twitch.
