Galvatronus' face isn't crazy enough.

Also wish we had more limb variety. "Can combine with any bot" (using Unicronian sorcery? Galvy's insanity is that contagious?) implies more than just preexisting combiners...

There isn't a way to connect the upcoming Rodimus, is there?

I'm really liking this Cyclonus. I already dig Silverbolts robot mode a ton. The proportions in robo mode are cool, and look great in this color scheme. I love that head sculpt with it's pointy IDW nose. Maybe the horns could have been exagerated more, but I'm sure they are like that for transformation purposes.
Everybody is right though, that combiner head DOES look like IDW Overlord. Cool! Just 'cause Hasbro named him Galvatronus doesn't mean he can't be somebody else.
I'm gonna have the awesome old Classics Cyclonus AND this one. Because I can.

I'm just digging the whole package.
I like that CW has delivered on the classics, and I like that they're scrambling it up with new and outa-left-field characters.

Prime and Menasor are worse by this toy's virtue of being made from the Silverbolt mold, whose Superion torso mode's excellent proportions have carried over into this figure's Galvatronus torso mode.

Nah, it's a play on the old "Trukk, not munky!" complaint. If this toy had been made into Overlord, then it would have to be colored blue, which could potentially upset those who favor a purple Cyclonus.

I'm treating the CW stuff a lot like PCC figures.

They are fun, and I'm not taking them too seriously.

I still prefer my RTS Cyclonus. The jet mode looks great (apart from kibble underneath, but that's the same deal with Silverbolt), but the bot mode just looks a bit chunky for me. It's cool that he's Voyager height, but other than that I'm not really biting. Don't like the Galvatron torso at all.

With that sleek, sexy Cybertronian jet mode I can see how producing a decent looking bot mode can be a real challenge for the designers. The original jet mode looked super cool but the bot mode was stubby and awkward. This guys physique looks pretty darn tootin as does his jet mode. Flip him over and he looks like a robot stuck in midtransformation. Oh well. I'm not looking at his junk anyways. This guy looks big and beefy with a perma-scowl to match. And he's freakin Cyclonus.

Man, I want to say no, I like theUniverse fig, and it matchesin size the Universe Galvy, Scourge, and now Tfcc Nova Prime, plus the Four Horseman of Armaa.

I'mma prolly pass on this Cyclonus, if for no other reason but financial concerns (and I already have the awesome Universe version). It's a weird idea, but they've probably made it work as much as it could.

Reminds me of that strange Skywarp that turns into Megatron proposal that never made it past the drawing board stage. That one makes Cyclonus into Galvatron(us) seem almost rational, but then you add in he's a combiner and there you are back in crazy town. But it's a fun crazy town.

Wow combiner wars is driving me nuts. I really only collect Masterpiece and a few generations figures here and there, but this Cyclonus looks great in all modes. Hasbro ease up folks, your releasing a barrage of great figures thats going to test my budget this year!

Now we just need a 3P company to release aLegends Galvatron Targetmaster, 2 Sweep limb-bots and 2 "Cyclonus' Armada" limb-bots and with the addition of the purple PE hands and feet we will have a full Unicronian combiner team!
