That's quite a nice way putting it
So I found out who wrote/writes the CW bios yesterday, in an unusual but very cool way: The author tweeted at me. Made my morning, quite franklyScottyP wrote:That Prowl bio is magnificent. Touches on the G1 tech spec, his IDW personality, and the table. Whoever they've got writing these is on point, and unusually so. Must be someone at IDW, right?
@markeweber wrote:@Scotty__P Appreciate the kind words in the http://Seibertron.com thread. I loved writing the Combiner Wars bios - glad you like them too.
ScottyP wrote:The Mirage fan mode is cool, but all I can think of is the Machine Wars mold. The chest is just too much. G1 toy's blocky robot mode aside, I've never thought of Mirage as anything but sleek, and that mode is just, well, not. I still applaud the effort, very cool to see!

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

Cool! I've said before, you could paint a dead squirrel like Smokescreen and I'd probably buy it.Optimizzy wrote:You know while I may pass on this mold, I love CW Smokescreen.

That's why I go so hard on people who post digibashes saying they would be great, like this one:
People might find it all fun and games, but Hasbro could seriously look at this and say "well if thats how the fans want their Generations Dinos then lets go". And what would we get when it comes out? "F&%k you Hasblo for more repaints!!!" and "Seriously, THIS is how you give us combineing Dinobots?!".
So seriously guys, would you really want these digibashes to be a reality, and pay money for them? Or would you complain that the amount of repaints is truly out of hand?

Shadowman wrote:This is Sabrblade we're talking about. His ability to store trivial information about TV shows is downright superhuman.
Caelus wrote:My wife pointed out something interesting about the prehistoric Predacons. I said that everyone was complaining because transforming for them mostly consisted of them just standing up-right. She essentially said, 'So? That's what our ancestors did.'

Burn wrote:As a "GWhiner", I'm still okay with Classics Mirage not having the front of the car become a chest. And honestly, doing it for the CW version doesn't say G1 Mirage to me, like others have said, it's just Robotmasters Mirage.
