They're supposed to rotate up 90 degrees to set them apart from defensor, the chest shield even tabs in on the shoulders when you put them in that configuration.

I'm still not a fan of Combiner Wars but if I had to choose a combiner to purchase I would go with Bruticus. Nice colour scheme that works well over the whole gestalt. And I have the nostalgia feel cos Bruticus was the only combiner I had as a kid (I had bits and pieces of other teams like Hun-grr and Cuthroat though I never even tried combining them with Combaticons).

I think it'll be a miracle if we ever see Predaking cos that's a whole team that Hasbro can't just lazily reuse previous CW molds for.

Hope BBTS gets the voyagers in soon - can't wait to have Bruticus in hand! Pity about Brawl's waist. Maybe some duct tape will fix it...

Picture shows the right config, but the video has the wheels facing backwards on the shoulders instead of up.

I think they should be getting theirs within a week. My supplier is also expecting them sometime next week.

The only thing that annoys me is that I wish Onslaught had an additional handgun so that his twin cannons can stay on his back in robot mode. FOC Onslaught had the same issue.

Can't say I'm a fan of the change. If that means when I get Bruticus that I'll have 'mis-transformed' it by keeping them the way Defensor does, then so be it.

I comment on this in the video ... the instructions show it down, but the complete mode shows it up. It shows rotating them down as one of the last steps. I didn't like it up so I left it down so that the focus was on his "proper" silhouette. I'll scan the last bit of instructions so you guys don't think I'm crazy!

I knew Bruticus came with a can of whoop-ass, but he also comes with a can of compressed air? Incredible!

He looks great. Onslaught's colors are so spot on, and nice to look at. The Bruticus head is awesome. Vortex's colors are great too. Makes having one more of that mold easier to swallow.
Despite some of the over all issue's with some of the figures, I can't wait to get this squad.

Well, you can leave them down, but I don't think they'll tab to the chestplate, thus leading to menasor-itis - where the combined form is wibbly and pulls itself apart when trying to pose it.

Don't worry, that's what Legends Shockwave is for

I'm actually OK with it since there are so many legends that turn into 'guns' which I haven't been able to utilize because the gestalts use the voyagers guns...

Yeah, who needs 'handguns' when they could be dual wielding Viper and Shockwave

I'm not sure if I got part of a small shipment, but my Onslaught is processing right now! I only say the small shipment because he and the two pack with Scattershot are still labeled as preorders.

Also as far as the Brawl issue, mine feels tight compared to what everyone has been saying. The friction on his waist joint is a bit loose (it would feel more satisfying with a click) technically, but he isn't flopping around or anything. What was the part that wasn't supposed to work?

Just finished the photography for all of the Combaticons and Shockwave. Working on cropping the photos. Hope to have their galleries posted by later tonight!
