BBTS doesn't have any of the Titan Returns preorders up, and I think Wreck-Gar is going to be released under that line. (I suppose it would be reasonable to conclude they swapped Buzzsaw and Wreck-Gar in the waves...)

well try telling that to the people in the UK pal! seeing as those box sets are NOT even present over here!(at least where the bricks and mortar stores are concerned!) even though they ARE present in TRU's ect in OTHER countries!
& FYI.....not EVERYONE's buying culture consists of internet ONLY purchases!
so with taking all that into consideration .....now go tell THEM(UK residents that prefer to buy via bricks & mortar stores) how irrelevant that is!

Calm down there stu, facts are facts. Also our distribution is the fault of the UK arm of hasbro. Takara only worry about their Japanese market and any stockist website that wishes to sell their product. So why would Takara care about UK toys r us

Caelus wrote:It's unfortunate the Fan-Vote Combiner was done so early. There were so few molds to choose from then - remember how the firetruck/motorcycle choice was a big tease back then? Only four torsos to choose from, and for limbs it was, what? Three types of car, three types of jet, an off-road vehicle, and a helicopter.
Now for the torso we'd have a semi, a firetruck, an artillery truck, and three types of jet (so, six choices instead of 3), and for limbs it'd be four types of car, two types of off-road vehicle, two types of tank, an armored personnel carrier, a military utility vehicle, and a motorcycle (so, 11 choices instead of 4). Victorion could look quite different.

This is a fair point. I'm still happy with what we will be getting, but even so more options never hurts anyone.

I'm more thinking the Rook mold as Rook may have gotten more than 1 use before extensive retooling, especially considering it is my favorite.

meh, I don't think it would've worked as a fembot very well

There seems to be a misunderstanding. What I meant was, the fact that Unite Warriors was sold in box sets while Combiner Wars was mostly individual figures is not the difference, and that's why the G2 Superion, G2 Menasor, G2 Bruticus, Victorion, Computron, and Liokaiser are still considered Combiner Wars. CW is the hasbro name for their line of toys in their markets, whatever format they release in. Unite Warriors is the name for Takara's line of toys using the same molds. It's the same as the difference between any other Hasbro and Takara line, like Energon and Super Link.

They're so amazing, especially my wrathful Egyptian god. I will say that Sky Lynx does have issues with his center of gravity, but hasbro has tried to address the limited ratchet's in his thighs, they ratchet outwards in more intervals, but they do have a tendency to collapse inwards... All in all, I love Sky Awesome![]()
Onslaught is amazing as well, I love the vehicle mode, maybe a little less so than Hotspot's. But Bruticus is beautiful, love the ball jointed neck he's got![]()
All in all, the (second) most satisfying CW experience to date

Aww now I want an Egyptian god themed combiner...
So would you recommend sky lynx just based on him alone

Yeah, easily, got him combined with the first wave of ark-bots. He's a little like gen Windblade, he just require's a bit more love and care when posing him than others, just do that, and I'm sure you'll love him

I'll probably won't be able to get him in retail unless UK distribution picks up. That being said though I will track him down through the usual channels as I like the look of him and he's a shuttle to boot.
