bahahahahaha love it!
And seriously. I was going to say no to Thundercracker because "I already have one of that mold". But he looks too good to pass.
I'll just sit Jetfire next to Whirl and they can be rejects together.
Oh yeah.
"Made in Heaven."
Also I wish the Transformers #38 subscription cover was the News of the World cover with Devastator.
I do believe this figure is "A Kind of Magic" that proves the "Cosmos Rocks." I wasn't sure about CW but definitely "I Want It All," although it might be a "Miracle" to find Devastator in stores. BBTS will just have to "Save Me," on that one.

Neither it's meant to look like Wild Weasel the pilot of the Rattler.

I would have to agree, this line is the best we've had in a long time. I'd day it's better than G1
The best thing since Toilet Paper!

This reminds me of GI Joe when they released this really awesome Snake-Eyes in the POC line. For many people that was THE Snake Eyes but Hasbro continued to release Snake-Eyes figures, some were just as good. I think it'll be a LONG time before Hasbro can surpass the sheer awesomeness of RTS Cyclonus but this new Voyager version is kinda nifty!

Armada Megatron would probably have gone over a bit better if they'd given the mold a way to mount the cannon on his hip.
I really hope it's soon, I want to see it.

TRU.au has strangely updated their CW listing with "assorted" leader class figures. i say strange, because they have a bio for non-other than starscream. im personally convinced its a leader SS (and not a MP mix-up as others suggest) because the bio has some similarities to the recent leader thundercracker! check it.
Get ready for a whole new generation of Transformers mayhem with this incredible Starscream figure!

Re: Transformers Generations Combiner Wars Discussion Thread
Ok... a little annoyed. I picked up saw skydive, silverbolt and alpha bravo pretty much on a whim. I'm not a HUGE Transformers collector and just hit some of my favorites...
But they looked cool, and I've never had a superion before. I have no interest in collecting ALL of them, so I left Dragstrip right where he was... I'm REALLY looking forward to Devastator... and I'm actually fine with him being MUCH bigger then Superion... I like the idea of Devy being the biggest baddest dude around. but yeah, I don't need a TON of combiners running around. 1st Bad guy... 1st Good Guy... good for me.
Since then I can't find Firefly anywhere... Saw him on Hasbrotoyshop.com for a couple days... Now he's sold out there too...
The ONLY one sold out...
I'm having HORRIBLE flashbacks of being a kid with only Motormaster and dreaming off a real combiner...
SIGH... it seems like this one is tougher to find.... Ended up going on Ebay and paying extra for him. Can't risk waiting for wave two to come out and THEN looking for him
Also gotta say I LOOOOOVE the fact that Devy is sold as a complete set... 'complete the combiner' is a SUCKY game to play...
Off to stare at the mailbox....

It's called "assorted" because you pays your money and one of them arrives. You don't get to pick.

No, it's called assorted because the number of figures, and the number of each figure, in the case assortment shipped to the store hasn't been finalized.

No, I'm serious. TRU Aus doesn't let you pick the figure you want online, you choose the series/size, and you get what ever they choose to send you. They even say there is no way to actually ask for/receive what you want...

That's a sucky way to do business if I'm honest but we have Argos stores here in the UK and if you order in store then it's a similar thing, unless you Specifically ask to see the stock, which is often time consuming and the staff give you death stares after that

It's only bad if you insist on having a particular four limbs. If you just take any four and go, you'll be much less stressed.

I agree with that bot, scramble city style is the way to go
it's the torso that truly counts not the limbs

Re: Transformers Generations Combiner Wars Discussion Thread
Out of curiosity... what was the POINT of Scramble city? Did the different configurations actually MEAN anything? Was the big bot a sum of its parts... or was it really just the torso that matter and anyone else who connected was just there to help him balance??
My first connection to the 'concept' of switching like that wasn't even Transformers... it was Voltron Force. This new idea that ANY lion can be 'center' and each time they changed configuration then he had a different 'blazing weapon' and different special abilities...
Did Scramble city do anything with that?
I don't have a long storied history with the aeriobots... So I had no problem with a helicopter being in there, despite the fact I can find VERY little information about the character himself... but in my mind, yeah, Superion is made of Aerobots...

Because the Aerialbots have an established history of being jets. There was never a member named Alpha Bravo. At least before IDW showed up. I don't like the change. Plus, how the hell does a helicopter keep up with three fighter jets and a Concorde?
Also, I'm a bit of a geewunner at heart.

But change is good ironhidensh, alpha Bravo is a better replacement for slingshot (especially on the name side, there was trademark issues with slingshot's name)
plus there is still rumours over hasbro slingshot and wild rider (both redeco of existing teammates). With Hasbro, every one wins! (Maybe, I mean our wallets won't win, but that's normal right?)

Still cheaper than 3p, so I'd still call that a win for the wallet
