I am currently having this same dilemma! It's absolutely soul wrenching.william-james88 wrote:Actually, this year will be super tricky since they are rereleasing MP 11 at TRU for 90$ as well as a coronation Leader Gen Starscream using the Thundercracker mold. Both are MP size so I don know which I will use for my MP scale display. If I go for the MP, then the leader gen seekers wont serve much of a purpose in my collection and I might just end up sticking with Jetfire as my only version of the mold.

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

@sabr - I puked the exact same rainbow when I saw those pictures!

Exactly. Jetfire should just **** off and stop being a Seeker wannabe. This mold is clearly for Seekers.

With Magnus, it was easier due to the 150$ difference between both options (and the fact that both correspond to different scales so getting both is fine if money isnt an issue). But now, its only a difference of a few bucks and you go from Gen to MP. It's tearing my soul too. I am assuming that the MP starscream is coronation starscream. I think that will be what makes a difference.
Also, I laughed to hard at that rainbow comment of yours![]()

Haha, no I did not. I bought a loose cybertronian bumblebee they had there for 7$. I usually go to check out their loose toy section. I find their prices a bit too expensive and I can wait for cheaper prices. I waited for Jetfire last year and Walmart brought him down to 30$. I will wait for something similar. shajaki wrote:You guys upset at mold sharing is kinda odd (to me). I mean, so long as they're not posed side by side then whats the issue?
(unless the issue is that you don't want to spend double the money for essentially the same figure... then I guess nevermind..)

That one came from me. Hope you enjoy, it's in pretty good shape. Was the Universe Onslaught still there? Everytime i go i am tempted to buy him.

And such is stated in a number of different ways in the news post.Down_Shift wrote:Sorry guys, but Thundercracker has NOT been released at Canadian retail. It is for sale at a Collectibles store that sells comics, toys, and cards.
Consider this a shout out to Comic/Collector stores. People might not know they can be an outlet for Transformers. They deal with Diamond Distributors which routinely get Transformers, and for certain areas like Canada (with seemilgly dwindling resources ie: Targets departure) could be quite welcome.william-james88 wrote:Leader Thundercracker was spotted today, by yours truly, at a specialty action figure and hobby store in Montreal, Canada, for 65$ cdn (a slight markup from Toysrus' 60$ cdn). This retail store is called Toysonfire, and is found at 1539 Van Horne. Consider this the retail equivalent to those early amazon listings from third party sellers that are more expensive than Amazon iself but available earlier. This means it's only a matter of time before they hit mass retail.

If it was released at your regular brick and mortar stores like Walmart or TRU then sure it's a legit sighting and a good reason to post it to the front page. However in this case it is not.
