Hi!
I live in South Africa, I was wondering if any members on here are also in SA. I'd like to know their experiences on where to source toys this side, as I always seem to find hodge podge mix of various waves in the stores.
I've managed to get a complete bruticus from various shops, and a couple titan masters and a galvatron, but I can never seem to find a single store with a large collection of generations line.

I am in the USA, but I would try looking on Reddit. I'm actually really curious now that you mention it. I have no idea what South Africa is like.

Hi, I did actually go on reddit and did not get any responses from South Africans, so I guess generations fans are sparce here. I bugged the heck out of Hasbro South Africa who eventually got back to me, saying they had no immediate plans to import any wave 2 TR, even though they advertise chrome dome and mindwipe on their facebook and mini-site, they gave me a list of stores who unfortunately only had RID stuff.
After a lot of frustration I found a mail forwarder that has a very good reputation, and I ended up buying a bunch of stuff off of BBTS and amazon. See the problem is, if I can't get them couriered they will get stolen in the post or get lost at customs.
Once I receive my packages, I will do a small write up on my experiences so that any one who may be comes here in future can do what I did, or perhaps a South African such as myself will come here looking for advice.

Wow that sounds complicated! I hope you get your bots. I assumed that shipping would be expensive but I would never have guessed it would have been so difficult. I would guess that there is probably a community for African fans of TF but I don't know where that would be. If I ever come across anything I will link you but I am doubtful I will find anything.

Thanks bud, appreciate it! Most of the bots I got off amazon came quite quickly, and because of sales came out a little cheaper than buying locally.
I am still waiting for the ones from BBTS, the only thing is that the mail forwader only does expedited shipping which is super expensive, it was $40 shipping for 4 legends figures, where I just chose the cheap courier from amazon and it was here in a week anyways, but I wont be able to get Viper any other way.
So if any South Africans ever read this only use forwarding companies if its a figure that's hard to find / out of production.
