I thought that Megatron would come with a mini red wing not that Red Wing was a voyager figure.

Depending on how his colors look, he may be a good addition to my general display for a Tetrajet triad as I don't intend to pick up Siege Starscream, but probably will pick up Thundercracker and Skywarp as I don't have proper voyagers for them and like the Tetrajet look

Well, Idk how happy others are for this, but when I was still in the RPG on this site I came up with a whole profile for Redwing and his personality, and he even has a conjunx (another seeker called Amethyst). So this is super amazing news if this is true. I made him a very "calm, cool, and collected" type character who was very suave, well trained in weapons and battle tactics, and also a paint detailer in his spare time. He was formerly one of the seekers who was involved in the construction of more seekers. Anyways, this guy would be amazing if this is the case. Even if they do make him a different type of personality than my take, I'll go by my own headcanon.

it's weird how they gotta keep creating seeker repaints like there weren't enough of them at the very start as it was.

The art the article used is official art posted likely on the TFCC twitter for the character years ago, it is not related to the current rumored figure aside from being the same character. The actual figure will probably be a redeco of Siege Starscream.

I like the idea of more seekers but as i'm trying to keep my collection a bit more streamlined these days that and i'm not a biggest fan of the final siege seeker product.

Happy for those that wanted him. if they do more i hope they keep Nacelle a mix between standard seeker and the thrust/conehead.

I hope they get around to a Hotlink colored seeker... and maybe a welcoming committee and/or rainmaker set for a convention. Reliving the early G1 episodes is what I think we're interested in for this line, and while I like the notion of a new character... I'd hate it to bump someone out of the slot.

Thinking about this, I do hope they can use Pulse as an avenue to squeeze in a few new original characters. I'm sure a lot of people are getting their fill of prime and bee.

Yeah, thats what it would be if it were truly happening. And I too would have liked him ot have a real bird, but i can see what they are going for.

Technically it's a trademark-friendly "Decepticon Red Wing".

Looks like Selects Siege Combat Hero Megatron should start shipping out today for those that ordered over the weekend. I just got my shipment notification and should have it in hand tomorrow.

Now the wait is on to see how much longer Ricochet and Red Swoop are going to be. And if the Siege wave 2 deluxes from HTS are really going to be shipped April 1st.

Odd, I never took the time to notice on Pulse the Combat Hero Megatron was actually an in-stock item, not just a pre-order. It's a little disappointing they did not get Red Swoop and Ricochet out first, but oh well...hopefully all in good time.

I was surprised to get a shipping notice too!
I wasn't expecting it so soon, and will admit in my haste to order it, I didn't read the fine print.
Looks like it should arrive by Friday.

Yeah, it is weird that we knew about Ricochet and red Swoop for longer and both of those molds would have been free and not being used for Siege wave 1, but Megs somehow got to the front of the line. Robot Kingdom still says shipping March 25th for both deluxes, so my guess is that we'll have to wait a bit longer.
