I just saw on instagram that supposedly the next generations selects figure is gonna be a sandstorm using the deluxe spinister mold. Either that or it was just a fans idea from photoshop

Photoshop? So there's a picture? In reply to your comment in the Netflix topic, it would be Machine Wars Sandstorm, not the G1 version of the character.

But like others said over there, we're already getting G2 Sandstorm, I don't see it being Selects. Could still be an exclusive elsewhere, we've been speculating on a MW Soundwave since ER Doubledealer was announced and the two are fan canonized rivals.

I think a repaint of the Siege Spinister mold as Machine Wars Sandstorm is a little lazy. It wouldn't even have the cockpit (not cockpits) on the chest. Oh wait, that's right! They already did that with Spinister to make Rotorstorm, so yes, I wouldn't be overly surprised to get a little Machine Wars love.
Speaking of which, I think a redeco and retool of Earthrise Doubledealer as Machine Wars Soundwave is the best option to reuse that mold. We have the ICBM mode and the robot mode, but the seemingly extra bird beast mode could be Soundwave's "Laserbeak" mode.

Sure, it would just be a straight up repaint of Rotorstorm.
Sometimes I wonder if there's any way at all to work some sort of jet mode into Doubledealer by replacing all of the bird parts. Sure, it wouldn't be a super convincing jet, about as convincing as TR Broadside's, but to be fair he was never an entirely convincing bird to begin with.

Yes I saw a few pictures but can't seem to find them again, they were not on any pages I follow just on the "explore" part of instagram. These pictures were of a G1 style sandstorm though, not machine wars. I just need to find the pictures again to see if there are any hints as to whether or not it was a fan putting G1 sandstorm colors on a photo of rotorstorm or an actual leaked image.

We are long past the days of Hasbro making G1 Triple Changers from non-triple-changing toys. A new Sandstorm would definitely have all three of his modes. What you saw on instagram was likely just some fan's digibash.

Hope that remains true for Kingdoms Galvatron...
Machine wars sandstorm might work if hasbro can give him the additional blasters, Rotorstorm looks so much better with the third party add ons that didnt even require much effort. Maybe accessory pack 2 can include them if and when it happens.

I had a charge on my account this morning from Hasbro Pulse for a deluxe, looks like I've been charged for Bug Bite. I hope he ships soon. I recently had to order a second Nightbird as I cracked the alt-mode hood and that in-stock item was shipped right away. Here's hoping Bug Bite is in my hands before the end of the month.

I just got a shipping notice for Black Roritchi, should be here Monday, which annoys me he is so early since I will be away for a week and a half so Roritchi will be sitting on my doorstep in the cold for a week.

Good stuff, i got a notice from Entertainment Earth a couple days back on mine. Unfortunately, I wasn’t paying attention and had the ‘super saver” shipping selected, so I might see mine by 2021. Same happened with Red Wing, which I received a couple weeks back but it took 30 days to get. Again, my fault. Hopefully no one will screw with your package and will be a nice thing to open once you return.

Did Pulse ever ship out Hot House? Unlike some other sold out items, it doesn't even come up on their website. I have both Hothouse and Roritchi on pre-order at BBTS, they are supposed to arrive in December, but I'm in no particular hurry. It's just Pulse's selection of what they keep listed, and don't is inconsistent. If something is sold out, it should be completely taken down until more stock arrives (should be the case for all sites), but some items being just "out of stock" , and some items not being there at all just makes no sense.

Pulse sold out of Hot House pre-orders so I had to go through Entertainment Earth and I received mine a while back. Hope you get yours soon.

Hasbro Pulse billed for all three of Hot House, Bug Bite and Black Roritchi earlier today. Of those three, I only have a shipping notice for Roritchi so far.

I disagree. If the listing is still up, but out of stock/sold out, then customer at least has the chance to sign up to be notified if more come in. Whether or not a notificaiton would come in time before it sells out again is another story, at least this gives the customer the option.
Case in point, Tentakill randomly coming available on Pulse. Anyone who saw him sold out, but signed up for notification is hopefully getting notified and getting theirs right now. That wouldn't be happening under your "should be" above.
Edit: I will agree once there is no chance of getting any more, take it down.

That's exactly the problem though, some of those "sold out" listings will have no more stock come in, and some will, and some that have been taken down completely, will have a new listing put up at random, making the whole "notification" incentive useless. I gave up on notifications a long time ago as they almost never work. Inconsistency is a huge issue that unfortunately doesn't look like it will be fixed any time soon.
Also the site seems to be inconsistent across devices. I can see some "sold out" listings on my laptop, but when looking on my phone (Specifically for Hot House), it shows the listing for a fraction of a second, then glitches and goes to random search results like "HotH Trooper, .... I hate looking on my phone but unfortunately my work computer wont allow me to shop online, so basically those 2 hour windows that something comes & goes, if I happen to not be home I'm SOL because Pulse doesn't play nice with some phones.
It's not fully prevented me from getting anything, (thank goodness for other sites) it's still just a frustrating system is all.

All right. Time to unsubscribe from the thread until something relevant get news'd. A thread that devolve into a "shipping notice" thread is a zombie thread not worth following.

Well, it is Selects, which means repaints, so you really won't find much discussion on the molds since they would have already been discussed in the appropriate thread where the original use of the mold was. This thread has pretty much had the life cycle of 1) Speculation on or new figures announced, 2) new figures up for pre-order, 3) new figures shipped and that's about it, with maybe the occasional 4) discussion on hew figure received, but 1/2 the time that discussion might be in the Hauls thread.
But I'll try to contribute to #4. I received Bug Bite and Black Roritchi last week and both are very solid. In the case of Black Roritchi, his guns fit into his hands much better than my Fasttrack, whos guns are pretty loose. For Bug Bite, the paint is really nice. The glossy-ish finish on the white really pops against the black, and I really dig the painting on the guns as well.
