I love it. I know the naysayers are going to say "that's a full robot without the cars!" and "that's not a real combiner because you're just putting cars on a frame!", but that all just feels like reaching. That is not a full bot, those arms are far too flimsy and the legs have gaping holes in them that I think can be covered with panels, but they're still way too thin to be convincing. I don't see how anyone can call that Menasor "frame" complete without the other four cars and that makes it a proper combiner in my book. The only argument I can really understand is that the leg cars attack to the back of the leg instead of the front with the car facing forward which is an aesthetic choice that I can't really argue against, I'm fine either way, but there was more than a few people displaying their CW Menasors with the leg cars (and the knees) backwards.

My only have two real complaints, one is dumb and one I think is legitimate. First, I don't like the gun, would have preferred single barreled. It looks like it can fold up, but I don't think that's just for storage. More legit concern is I think his thighs could be just a little thicker, they seem to small for such bulky lower legs (when the cars are attached).

Man, they sure are being stingy with the full on Menasor pictures, the box only showing the two figures that would be available at release.

I saw a picture of Dragstrip transformed into an arm without the Motormaster frame, and seemingly attached to Combiner Wars Motormaster. This has made me wonder if the Legacy Stunticons (ALL the Legacy Stunticons) are retro compatible, and using the trailer for the G1 look is essentially optional.

Edit: I see female ports on the trailer as well as male ports, so I imagine Motormaster himself is not retrocompatible without it.

We recommend you watch the video since it shows something truly unique with the arm transformation. You do not separate the car mode before plugging it in, it separates after being snapped on as part of the arm transformation. The legs also have an automorph gimmick where pluging in the cars into the back of the leg close a panel to make it look like the underside of the car in grey, just like the cartoon did.

Shaterred Glass Ultra Magnus / Delta Magnus

This acts as two characters in one since it comes with two heads, one being a skull for SG magnus and another being the actual Delta Magnus head. Hasbro really stepped it up a notch with this release to give fans what they want.

While I'm still not a fan of the combination...hot damn that is a GOOD looking Motormaster, leagues above the CW version in sculpt and articulation. And...honestly, the Menasor frame make a good looking base that matches Laser Prime's and Roddy Prime's trailer bases, so I actually genuinely like how this came out.
Those CW ports do seem to possibly imply that maaaaaaybe we might be able to have proper integration of Stunticon limbs, if we still have their CW versions! (I know I do)
Seems rather clever, if that is indeed what it's implying, that way fans probably won't have to truly replace their CW stunt boys - maybe this helps with wanting to display Menasor and the Stunticons all together, heheh!

Also wowza, those upcoming deluxes look really nice too, I actually was afraid Knock Out would turn out ugly, but it looks really neat as a "G1-ified" version. Tarantulas likewise is going to be a very nice addition to my collection...plus Elita-1's vehicle mode looks adorable.

Interesting point they mentioned about Legacy is that John Warden was involved in its creation as designs go back to 2019 (as you can see in the art for Arcee that Will posted above).

Knock Out is what we expected and it is said that he's indeed a retool of SS Jazz.

Tarantulas looks incredible! I'm super excited about him!

Elita 1 is probably the best version yet. They describe her as being a sort of dune buggy. It's obvious how Minerva will be made out of her, especially after they revealed the extended shoulder option from her backpack.

Voyager Jhiaxus is basically perfect, all the way down to the wings on his legs and G2 symbol! I was eyeing him in the background as soon as the stream started.

Soundwave is a refresh from the WFC Netflix figure as expected, not the Prime character, but they removed the battle damage like they did Galvatron. I'll probably get him since my original Netflix figure has a bum foot.

Nothing new with Blitzwing, but I didn't realize the Hulk Hands pop off the arm with a 5mm peg so there's some interesting things that can be done there.

Menasor looks sooooo good with the arm and leg cars connected. Also there is no way to shut the panels on the lower legs without the car attached so the frame remains open. The arm transformation is really cool, it's very involved. Love it!

The Legacy Stunticons will be a genuine mini MP without having to spend a zillion roubles in 3P toys. Plus with that principle, he shouldn't be a floppy mess like the old CW.

Love the G1 accurate Elita 1! I really didn't expect that.
I'm really liking Tarantulas, although his proportions seem a tad off. What surprised me is that he's an entirely new mold! I fully expected him to be just a Blackarachnia retool. They're taking the whole "realistic altmodes" thing quite seriously, love it.
JHIAXUS IS AMAZING! I love him! I can't believe he exists!
And the Stunticons are just perfect

That arm transformation for menasor really impressed me. That's like a step higher for a combiner, integrating two components to then transform them together as one. They asked if that's a first for transformers and it is not, since Tidal Wave also had that. But it is hard to do and really cool.

Doubtful. He's supposed to be a retool of Jazz. The Stunticons are all-new molds.

Elita looks alright, the vehicle mode made me chuckle. Looks a bit derpy.

I'm looking forward to Tarantulas, looks like they got the mold right, but he should be a bit darker shade of purple. No Inferno?

I knew Soundwave was coming, but it still irks me just a bit we didn't get the 'clean' version right away.

haha, I heard that groan too.

Granted, that is exactly what the description said it would be, a package refresh of the soundwave and so the only option was that siege one.

Tarantulus looks great, just makes it more a pity they didnt give blackarachnia her spider face bits. Tarsantulus really wouldnt suit a toy/black arachnia redeco but i'd be tempted just to have blackarachnia.

Knock out looks great, cthru plastic headlights? YAY going back to being more genertations feel of figures and yet another great car mode which can't often be said.

Elita 1, meh. Might be more interested in the retool/minerva. It's not bad by any means just really superfluos at this point. Would prefer a RID strongarm or something.

Jiaxhus, looks Ugly in all the right ways. Picking him up but i'm kind of at a blank on his reuse or retooling down the line.

Shattered Glass Magnus, nope. Its a badly overpriced figure in the first place and doesnt really cut it as delta magnus with the head option if his shattered glass symbol cant be replaced.

Motormaster does well to hide how ugly dragstrip is with out having to pose hime awkwardly. Not sure if it showed the base have any kind of connectivity to anything and lack of a ramp is kinda disapointing. shame no optional little car with him for his chest. I'll likely pick him up if he goes cheap at some point.

Siege soundwave...yikes. even netflix mold is pretty bad but hey ho. Easiest pass of the line.

Yeah I wish it was that mold in these colors. That figure was better repping the toy while the Siege version's dark blue legs are closer to the G1 comic. Now we just need a purple version in Selects :-D

Yes to freaking all of those. Other than Soundwave as a re-release

Jehaxius lo9ks incredible.

Knockout is not as svelte as I would like but the car mode is spot on and all the bot mode details are there, so it's still a home run. Need a proper Breakdown for him as I don't th8nk he will work with the Prime one asthetically?

Elita is not be any means a perfect figure but this may be the first truly good G1 fembot in Generations now. With proper alt mode integration and a tolerable backpack. And it gives me hope now for the rumored Override.

On the whole I prefer integrated combines but they did a fantastic job with the menasor sculpt and the Motormaster trailer looks fun as all get out. Easily worth the trade off.

Will be going with Delta Magnus, and giving the other head to SG Prime to do the "Alas poor Uric... I really hated him" thing with.

Trantulas was an easy sell for me as well.
