It could have a female build. I mean, some genera had sexual dimorphism.

Kinda pointless getting defensive when the listing outright uses female pronouns
Besides...it's actually a robot disguised as a skeleton!

It's a robot with a skeleton alt mode not an actual skeleton. That's like saying Arcee isn't female she turns into a car. Alt modes have nothing to do with gender.
Incidentally isn't "Fossilizer" a misnomer? I mean if they exist at a time when there are real dinosaurs then there wouldn't be dinosaur fossils yet, just relatively recent bones.

I see the Fossilisers as ZOMBIE Dinobots created by a mad Cybertronian necromancer.

But I do appreciate that this one looks like the Marvel version. I never understood the football-helmet looking first release of the mould.
Spindle is pretty much what I expected, though not those colours. I assume the mammoth will match the colours of whoever he/she is packed with.

Not sure I get this comment. It's a robot and in TF lore some are girls and some are guys and this one happens to be a girl robot, like Arcee and POTP Slash.

Hmm...I'm not sure, I don't really have anything in mind. I'm working on shrinking my collection. Maybe a Galactic Odyssey Punch/Counterpunch? Or if you come across any goodies in your hobby shop that you visit.-Kanrabat- wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:This is the Impactor I've been waiting for. He's finally correct in every way. As for the skeleton comment, everyone calm down. I was simply trying to imply that it's hard to tell what type of personality it has, just by looking at it. It's a skeleton, it doesn't have outright identifying features, such as a feminine face or other physical attributes. Like I said, I have no interest in the figure, so I could not care any less about what it identifies as.

These characters exist when there are real dinosaurs? 100 million years ago? I never caught that. The fossilisers were in the Kingdom line where time is not really relevant since it has different eras all colliding. Could come from any time. I personally figured they were another Wheeljack experiment and to contrast with the Dinobots, he made new robots that actually looked like the Dinosaur fossils they found/saw.
I don't see how these are misnomers.

Also while I was finding that I saw a TFW user say that this Impactor's face looks like a Dark Souls NPC, and that is so disturbingly accurate in my opinion that I'm mad I didn't figure out phrasing it that way myself.

I wrote a long post... and then talked myself out of my initial line of thought and deleted it.
Nemesis Primal wrote:Stepping away from the Scattorshot thing for a second: one of the leakers has specified that the "build-a-hammer" mentioned in the description of these two is NOT a buildable accessory for the figures but rather a cardboard display piece similar to how the Netflix Deluxes came with those cardboard Ark diorama bits.
I figured as much. If you read the description closely is doesn't say anything about it being anything you can equip a figure with, it specifically says it's for display. "Collect all 5 packs to assemble and display the hammer".

An A-sexual skeleton. Even dinosaurs had prefered pro nouns.
Imapctor looks really good but not good enough to buy again even if the dino looks good too and might give the combined mode another head.
