Appears to be the best looking Alpha Trion to date, IMO, although Orion Pax feels a bit lacking.
I'll have to remain uninterested in this one because I know I'll never be able to get an order in for it.

I don't think it will. Those rumours were very muddy and not concrete like anything we'd news. So far, all commanders at retail have been unique with the only one reused was Jetfire as a straight redeco exclusive. I forget what the latest rumour on next year's commander is but I don't think it was thunderclash.

While the Legacy wave 2 voyagers have been available on Amazon for a month now, we now have a sighting of them at brick and mortar retail in the US. Both Legacy Jhiaxus and Soundwave were found at a Walmart in New Castle, Delaware. There are images below provided by Mondochuk who posted them on the TFW2005 boards. Kinda half and half. It was reported that the designers said Tidal Wave will be happening, but gave no specifics. Fans took it from there.

Something about finally seeing G1 Soundwave and Blaster at the same size next to each other in stores...

NGL, I would be immensely interested in a thunderclash retool. Wonder if the combined mode would stay, or if they would go all in on a battle station?

Well, retooled Stunticons might be the only way we ever get official updates for all 4 Turbomaster cars, so I'd be all for Legacy Turbostator!

But seriously, there's some bloody amazing Predator and Turbomaster customs out there based on CW onwards figures. Hasbro could take cues from them and make some bloody impressive figures.

And while I'm not a fan of existing non-combining characters/teams becoming combiners, I'd love to see a Turbomaster combiner based on the Stunticons.

chose not to give Blaster a far more different alt-mode like Soundwave? We did get a decent looking alt-mode for the TR line IMO. I guess it was to give fans the closest modern G1 Blaster. :VEHI:

If Blaster was in Siege he would have had a "Cybertronian mode" too. Earthrise, Kingdom, Legacy were more about the "mini-Masterpiece" and "G1 with knees" type figures.

I want the opposite. A redeco of Kingdom Blaster into an earthmode Soundwave. Since Legacy dropped the ball, it would have to be Selects. I know we have the Netflix figure, but that can't be used again. :roll:
